Duragesic 100mcg/hr and Some OC

Well, tomorrow is looking to be a great day for SWIM. After acquiring a nice amount of raw in B-More, SWIM went to work as normal and ended up helping a disable woman load her van with her purchases, well this woman had some computer troubles, so SWIM volunteered to help out after work. After SWIM fixed up her computer later that night, the kind woman offered to pay him, and SWIM, being the gentleman that he is refused, but instead told her that she could pay him with some of her painkillers for his made-up grandma's pain (what an asshole, that SWIM), so the woman agreed and gave SWIM 4 Duragesic 100mcg/hr fentanyl patches and 10 80 mg oxy's. Talk about a score. :D

Wow, just wow... FOUR 100mcg/hr fent patches and 10 Oxy 80s!?!? Now what if you had zero to little toler(you use 40mg and under of oxy lets say) and you put on one of those 10mg fent patches(or worse chewed it!) god you woulda been fucked.. as the 100mcg/hr fent patches are equiv to 500-606mg of oral Oxycodone altogether or 160-202mg of oral Oxycodone per day. Thats not a good deed on her part fi she didn't know you had a tolerance man...


But god dude, what a fucking score!!! Lucky ass lol.
