Dissolving Methadone

Hello. this is my first post here. I'd like to say hi to all of you :) But anyways my question, I have those 10mg methadose pills, and I was wondering if it was a good idea to let them dissolve in a small glass of water and then drink it down? Does it take away from the potency?

let me say.....when i dose methadose 10's (gulp),well i try to get it right the first time cause these fuckers ain't got no candy coating.yuch:vomit-smi sometimes i gotta do one at a time usually when i'm sick, other times i have to bust i'm in half. but most of the time i can do 4-6 at a time, when i'm not so sick if you know what i mean. so tell the doctor more why u wanna dissolve them in water am i a lucky guesser as to why:rolleyes: keep in touch

As long as its not hot water the potency should stay the same. I used to experiment with my methodone and try to make the liquid snortable but had little success. Mixing it with rasberry flavored snuff(nasal) and trying to evap. it with just minor heat, luke warm, the potency was knocked down to almost nuthin. There are meth. pills that are made to dissolve in water called laam/orlaam. I made the mistake of swallowing one of these big suckers whole once and it started to swell halfway down and got stuck. Painfully stupid for a few seconds.I have a method for taking pills w/liquid. thread opoid drink, try it and tell us what you think.Good luck metal militia!

Well thanks for the replies, It seems to work pretty well. I just tryed 2 of em that way and it went down good. I can feel it comming on nicely :)

It'll usually hit you pretty fast man. Methodone is slow comin on but tends to come in waves, some of them are rogue so be prepared

sorry to bust your bubble but LAAM and Methadone are 2 Wayyyyyy different chemicals, however both used to treat opoid dependance. LAAM was pulled from the market in 04 becuase of people having cardiac arrest and whatnot. They did have an oral solution of LAAM but with that being said, its still NOT methadone.

Most if not all the methadose pills ive seen have been made to dissolve in water, thats what they do at the clinic so junkies wont take their dose home,sell it and buy dope.

Save your veins for something thats made to shoot...Oh and also I believe that it kicks in just as slow via inject, as your brains gotta convert it to morphine either way and thats what takes time
