Woke up in horrible oxy withdrawls this morning.
Out of desperation I took 30mg of loperimide and found some tramadol and took 200mg.
It's now 2 hours later and I'm high as a kite
I don't get it?
Pinned pupils, euhphoria, the works.
I guess I'll just accept it and not look a gift horse in the mouth right now.

Do you fuck with the Tramadol very often? I know I find sometimes just a change even if to something shitty and I can get a fucking buzz going like right away.

I cringe whenever I think about Tramadol. I've had to bum that shit off folks before and what a waste. But hey if it works for ya keep it going.

Yes, I've utilized tramadol many times before and get very litle relief from them. I only take them in WD.
For some reason the synergy with Lop today is just blowing my mind.

Like johnny said Lope works, add the tram and your even better. I came off 6yrs of MMT at 130mg using 140mgs of Lope a day.

I haven't got past the idea of hitting more than 10-15 mg of lope at once (fistful of any pill is just hard to swallow and bad idea I cant get over yet), just one of those things, but at a minimum I know I feel better not having to deal with the massive 'liqui-bowel' from WDs. Keep up the lope regardless.

Sorry to hear your not feeling to well Ape, wait never mind your doing alright now. Whatever is ailing you go get some shit and get back on track. Good luck man.

I've recently experiemented with very, very high doses of Loperamide.

In the past, I thought I had to combine Lope with P-Gp inhibitors or something... These things might play a role in increasing the effects of Loperamide, I'm not really sure. Tramadol and lope? Who knows...

What I have discovered is that Loperamide does cross the BBB. Very poorly, but a small amount does get into the CNS. A few months back I took a single dose of 288mg. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW DANGEROUS IT MIGHT'VE BEEN.

I felt it. I also felt quite sick (not withdrawal sick), and it was hard to say whether or not it was worth it. Interestingly, I took a normal free-flowing shit the next day. What the fuck is up with that?

I've downed 180mgs of loperamide before while in WD, no ill effect. Helps w/ some nasty body sensations and PapaVer is right, it does cross the BBB in small amounts, RJ once told me how to get it across at a rate of 80% or more but I don't remember the exact procedure, I beleive other than extracting the loperamide it was a one step deal, you had to coat the molecules in something similair in a to how DXM polystirex (sp?). It wasn't complicated and despite my pleas he wouldn't even try it, if for no other reason it would have been a legal back up for when shit hit the fan... Unless a miracle happens I'll be doing the tram/lope combo before days end, possibly w/ a bit of codeine.

Any one notice that tram blocks other opiates if taken first. In my experience take every thing else first, tram after. And once you've taken tramadol if you score later that day and your not in severe WD you might as well save your DOC for the next day. Then again maybe I had that effect because I was taking 3 or 4 100mg time release tablets, which I consider a Far superior WD treatment to the 50mg IR's or even the name brand 50mg trams w/ acetaminophen, name brand isn't coming to mind at the moment. I used to have a nasty H habit that I could completly block WD for a full 18 hours or more tacking 2 100mg tramadol ER first thing in the morning, another around noon and 1 or 2 more later that evening, between 4pm and 6:30 PM. I just can't get the IR's to work out properly, I either end up on the edge of serotonin fever (SSRI OD) or dopesick and nauseous.

I've heard that if your on MMT and take tramadol it will cause precipitated WDs? Any thoughts, I haven't taken much tamadol lately, fear of serotonin fever, and have never taken methedone long term (just about 3 years now w/ only a few short breaks, either H, fentanyl or hydromorphone ) and switched to tramadol though I have used methedone for a few days from H and then switched to tramadol, no ill effect. A benzo and benadryl are always necessary for me.

I could always dig my way back out of WD, and w/ enough overkill, I could break through for the "most" part but the wonderful Mu effects were always so dulled. I alwayst was a massive waste of resources and a huge let down.

I didn't know what was going on. I just stayed in bed shivering...and eventually felt fine. But it sucked!
