teeth are killing me/HeLP!! Please!!!!!

Well today I could take the pain no longer,even taken my morphine doses daily I had made an emergency dentist appointment.
Now I told the lady at my dentists office that I was in severe pain and nothing was helping the pain.She told me the earliest she could get me in was the 16th of August,this was a week ago.
Today I went to the emergency room at a different hospital then my sub DR is connected with.The hospital gave me 50 of the 5/500 hydrocodone/APAP which I can't take cuz I have Chirrosis of the Liver and I don't need anymore liver damage.
The truth be told I could eat the whole bottle and get no buzz at all just tylenol poisoning.I am so serious.Is there any way besides doing a cold water extraction which I have done in the past that will make these things easier on my liver yet still have the vicodin part in it to help my teeth?
What is the best way to do these things so I do get a buzz and yes I have UTFSE and I have done all those things,is there anyway to make these things at least give me a lil buzz and a lil pain relief or should I just chuck 'em?
I know they work for some but just not for me so I'm wondering how I can make them work for me.

Personally, I'd find another dentist. I've never heard of a dentist making an appt two weeks out on an emergency. Fuck that guy - get another dentist.

With liver damage like you have, I'd look elsewhere than to an opiate.

Thanks alot Bi11i I was thinking the same thing.I mean I swear to God that this weekend my husband actually pulled his teeth out with pliers cuz he was suffering that much but then his teeth are absolutely terible from chewing 80 milligram oxycontins and Avinzas for 5 years.
He is a chronic pain patient of Reflex Symphetic Syndrome and is suppose to take 4 a day but he chews them to get the full effect,and then he doesn't care for opiates that much so he only does about 30 a month.He was hooked got off them and necer wants to go through w.d. hell again.
I tried to tell him that chronic pain users doesn't mean they are drug addicts but he just doesn't want to be addicted to anything so hand em over I'll help you out .No J/k.Really.
I imagine he doses himself awful good to be able to sit here and pull his painful teeth out with pliers but thats how bad we need dentists here.Its awful and torture no wonder people turn into junkys in this state and then have to go on subs and methadone its the lack of fuckin dentists.It is awful to wait 3 weeks for a DRs appointment when you have $600 on your pocket,shit by the time the appointment comes I'll have spent all my money buying opiates o the street just to feel normal and not suffer.
I guess I didn't mention it is also $160-$320 for a filling to save that tooth and Maine Care doesn't cover people over 21.I have the cash now the question is will I still have it on the 16th.Right now I am in so much pain I can say yea I will still have the money.i'm pretty good when it comes to shit like this.I have enough for the rest of the moth so as long as I just don't buy any extra this month I'll be all set for both by the end of August shit I held on to it for 3 weeks already.
And asd far as them prescribing Vicodins to someone who only has 40% of their liver left.Does that even make sense? Wouldn't it be safer to give me vicuprophin r something.I mean yes they know I have Chirrosis and 60% is gone and can never be healed.I also have Hep B and C wshich already makes it worse.

I do not mean to sound condesending but is it really neccesary to ~chew~ them to get the full effect? for instance wouldnt crushing it up before hand and then putting them in your mouth be equally as effective?

There is a thread on potentiation with Dimetapp. I tried this yesterday with my meds and I had that euphoric feeling longer than usual. It was nice because the meds I use to treat my pain so really give me that feeling anymore.

Jolly deathtroller At the time I didn't know what they did to your teeth,I now do and yes I nw use a mortar and pestal to crush my pills but believe it or not ask your dentist that shit being in your mouth will do stuff to your teeth after a while.It starts with the enamal and then on down.I know what I was told,and I have seen first hand the effects.
I mean when your husband is sitting beside you breaking his teeth off at the gumline ,pulling them out with needle nose pliers after he has crushed since 2000.I would say it has more to do with it just plain being in your mouth not chewing.
But now If I can't find a vein I cook a lil with water draw up through a filter in a syringe and squirt down my throat so it doesn't touch my teeth period,that way I can be sure.Otherwise IV for me but I don't have any good veins so I usually do it that way.
