New to fent

Hey guys, I just picked up an 100mg patch. Well what should i do? I,ve always IVed but i'm kinda scared doing fent? ANy help . What is the safest was to IV Fent ?

fent is very effective orally-you should be very careful with it so as to not overdo it. i think the consensus among most people i know who have experience here is that it's pretty damned dangerous and easy to OD on IVed-and easy enough to do so even orally if one is reckless.

For my first fent patch (75) I:

1. Cut the patch open and dabbed a q-tip into the gel.
2. Smeared the gel onto my tongue. I started with a very small amount.
3. Once I started feeling the effects, I dabbed another q-tip. I did this a few times.
4. I took the rest of the gel and placed it into an empty saline nasal mister. Then I mixed it with water.
5. Every time I wanted a little boost I would take a little squirt up the nose.

I chose this method because I have never IV'd anything, and I wasn't about to start with a drug as potent as fen.

You will probably get lots of posts telling you that smoking it is probably your best method, so let me save you from some irate members and tell you to search for posts by 'superman' He has laid out the directions for smoking fen in these forums.

I say irate members because lots of people have asked the same question. I've only been a member for a month and I have seen the question 3 times! Good luck on your journey. AND BE SAFE. Fen is incredibly powerful. It's always better to start with less!

First of all they don't make 100mg fentanyl forms ;) You sir have a 100mcg/hr patch and 10mg total... jsut to clear that up.

and I don't think they make any of the 10mg 100mcg/hr aptches in the gel form... just the regualr patches that are a whore to abuse... if thats the case, cut it into 4 peices and put one on and leave for 20hours. It takes atleast 10-17 horus t feel any effects from it... and if tis not good enouigh put on antother pweice, keep doing so till your high waiting 20hours between each patch!

Yes 100mg of fent = instant death.

The geniuses who were mixing fentanyl with heroin recently in Detroit made this mistake. They measured in milligrams, not micrograms. Lots of people died and the dealers were arrested for murder.

But to reiterate: Even 100ug (mcg) is very strong. If you don't know your tolerance, do not overdo it.

I think Fentanyl is overrated, it shoots your tolerance up there too quickly and the high is too short lived. The best way to use that patch is to hold onto it for when you fall into a dry patch. Then slap that thing on you and it will keep you from getting sick for atleast 2 days.

All this smoking and eating the gel in the patch is just getting ridiculous. I mean if you wanna get a good nod and high going on, get some dope!!
