perduretas question

so i know the perduretas are the sustained release codeine pills manufactured in spain. i also know these dont contain any APAP. but my question is, would it be worthwhile to do a cwe on it, to pull all the codeine from the sustained release mechanism so it would be a immediate release beverage. or would i have the same results by just breaking the pill down a few times and swallowing it.

I may be wrong, but I doubt the CWE would do anything. To my understanding, the time release mechanism is actually a food-type wax that's bound to the codeine, to make it sustained release- so it's only sustained release in the sense that it takes longer to digest. It's easier to defeat that by powdering the pill, than trying to remove the wax- in my opinion.

If they are, I just crushed and swallow a few. Seemed to defeat any time release for me.
