An update for our forum has been released today. Over the next week or so we might be up and down, that sort of thing, while I install and test the new release.

Any suggestions or things you'd like to see change while we're working on it?

I was thinking of a techy type thing, for people w/ issuses w/ systems, Ipods, Digi cams, plasma tv, shit like that, tips tricks, best buys, DON'T buys, not just a support forum but a everything techie.

Which also lead me to this....I posted this in another thread that drew no replies, but bi11i do you need anything hardware wise, software too, but that's different. All the H/W is cool, new of like new, nothing wanted by the police so forget that, i'm a pack rat, man can't throw anything away, I explained it like this: you've got car jun yards where you can pull bits and pieces off of old cars, well I have that for computer, SGI, DEC, OLD apple, ALOT of DELL, ram, HDD, controller card, you name it, it's all donated baby, how about 3 160 scsi 15k 18 or 32 gig each all the same drives, W/ dell perc 5 card, w 128mb or was it 64md on board, PCI slot or adeptec ata dual channel raid cards, add in dual ata promise cards, non-raid, I've got part out my ass, If I can get someone to use this stuff instead of it sitting is static bags....use any Cisco routers, I've got some parts that will set you back a couple k used, add in rj45, mods and the bigger module. I maybe moving and could really stand to off load the stuff.

Let me know what your looking for and I;ll see what I have. Ram, 8mb simms to rambus(still think it;s the best) to pc100 whatever you need to ddr in most flavors not much of the bleeding edge though, I use that!!!!!

Insofaras the P3 800, I think I got one or five, slot one or flipchip (FCGPA)? What FSB 100mhz or 133mhz?

I know I got slot one P3's 1000, 655, 450, 350, and a crap load of Pent. Pro's:rolleyes:

Actually, what I need is either a PIII 850/256 100FSB Slot 1 -- OR a couple of matching PIII's for a dual proc system that currently houses only one piii. ANY large capacity SCSI drive would be a great help, plus any ram you'd have compatible with the system (a piii 440gx) -- pc100 up to 2gb's. This is my SQL server, however I'd like to upgrade it enough to host IIS, mail services, and just a couple of websites (my business sits on this server.)

I sent you an email. I'll get you all the ram you want just none are all that big 256 most maybe 1 512, if that, but they're all PC 100 are compatible. How many slots open you got?
Whay can't you have the 133 FSB damn it the 100's are worth money.....:p :p

Got a nice 933 P3 133 of course. I'll bet that 850 can handle a 1000mhz upgrade on the mobo.... should look into it. Tell me the spec's and I'll do the leg work for you if you want, I love this kind of shit.
