Mmmmm...Diluadid!

Man i had a great experience with Diluadid once. Ive mentioned this once but seeing that there is a new forum.... Me and my wife were at CVS once and this lady had a fractured foot with one of those big foot cast things...well she had no ride and we noticed she was walking home and having a hell of a time getting along. Well we offered her a ride and she was super thankfull. So to make a long story short she introduced us to the world of Dilaudid. I dont remember exactly how many we got i think 10 or 15 but it was great. Also had taken a few orally as well. Here is the catch...everyone says dillies suck unless Booted...but...we insufflated them and it worked grrrreeaaat. Has anyone else had insufflated experience with these, where it worked out great? On top of it all it was at a time when my tolerence was insanely high. Me my wife and her best friend (who by the way is a really awesome chick) just hung out all night feelin so damn good. It was one of my top opiate nights of joy. We were all noddin and listening to music and just talking. My wife actually got nausious and a little sick at first but didnt even care..and that passed quickly which was cool...she never gets sick like that unless it is really good...you know?!?!! I was fullfilled and her best friend had never gotten to that level of opiatedness before (shes a frequent but moderate OC'er aswell). It was an unbelievable time. Everything was so clear and euphoric and joyous...no negatives. As i said im interested in other opinions because...it was insufflated...do other people do this...i always here it sucks orally and is great IV but has anyone else had positive experience with insufflation? im tellin you right now it worked for us.
On the same subject but a crappier situation was yesterday this dude at the coffee shop was saying he had some dillies, so i asked to see them and the damn fool was passin off clonopins as the D i was like what man do you think i am that stupid...C-YA.

Insufflation is the only way I do them. I'm not an IV user of any drugs. Heroin I smoke, Oxys I snort/eat depending, and Dilaudids I snort. When I had been off all opiates for a week, I railed 4mgs of Dilaudid and had a beer and was feelin far more of a buzz than I thought I shoulda been.

Do you IV other drugs? That would be interesting to hear from an otherwise IV user who actually enjoyed Dilaudids up the nose.

Lately I have used Dilaudids to keep well/feed the monkey on my back but they also go great with heroin for a super nice high. Insufflation works just great for me :)

i have always had great experiences with Dilaudid. The first time I insufflated Dilaudid (and I had a low tolerance) I got the same rush you get as when you IV Dilaudid. About a year later I had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks for a bad bone infection and the doc ordered me a PCA loaded with Dilaudid:D!!! I still remember the incredible head rush I got every f*ckin' time I clicked the button. I think I went through 4 or 5 syringes for the PCA. They even sent me home with 60 K4's to boot! Oh, the good old days...

My friend who gave me my first IM experience was with a K4. She said crushing them up and holding them under your tounge works too. As for me, snorting pils is no longer an option. Rotted nasal cavities..But Ds are so tiny, and if you dont make a habbit of putting them in your nose, youll be fine.

This is just the post I was looking for :D Anyway, my "prescription" of about 20 8mg D's is being refilled this week and it has been a WHILE since I have had any opiate. I use to IM them when I had a tolerance, but I have no rigs around anymore, really don't want to be around them either but if it comes down to it.... so what I'm asking is, I really just want to snort them, and with having no tolerance I should get a decent buzz from 4mg hydrom. up the nose. I just wanted to see what you more experienced users of hydromorphone thought of this idea. Also I was going to try chewing and letting it rest under my tongue for an amount of time... let me know what you think.

p.s. good to be here... just found this website today and am very thankful.

I wouldn't bother with chewing them up and leaving under your tongue. I hear anything orally (even sublingually) is supposed to be a waste. How bout this: chop one in half and do a 4 mg line. Wait about 10 minues and if you aren't feeling as great as you wanna, crush up the other half and do another 4 mg. Just space em out a bit to make sure everything is cool.

I got my "refill" today after a very hard & hot day of work (carpenter in Phoenix) so when they arrived I broke up a whole 8mg and did it in one line. Defiantly had me feeling pretty damn good and put me in a WAY better mood. (I'm usually depressed and lately have been smoking herb to help it because I do not like SSRI's and the like)
Note: before I did this 8mg D, I had NO tolerance at all. I have been taking a few MG's of xanax a day, but no opiate tolerance. I don't do them every day anymore, thats a horror story for another thread. But it was a great feeling and will do it again. But before these 20 8mg's are gone, I plan on IVing one though, I just have to see what people are raving about. Don't worry, I plan on being completely safe. :bath: Anyway, hope everyone is having a good week!

With the old Knoll™ D's the ONLY way to fly is IV...you don't even need to use heat on the cooker, just stir and filter. The bioavailability of hydromorphone IV is MUCHO better than any other route of administration. Just be careful cause these things can REALLY give you the heebie jeebies after a few weeks on them. There's a risk of dementia in prolonged usage but when you're dealing with RX dope that's 2-8x as potent as morphine you gotta expect something les than desirable down the road.
