It has NO recreational value, and can actually be very dangerous.
Marcaine is a long acting numbing agent similar to novocaine used in dentists office. The caines (same family but not same effects as cocaine) are used to numb wounds and to slow certain lethal heart rhythms when the heart is acting up. That said, IV use of marcaine could kill you.
Throw it out. Sorry.

As far as I know there is no recreational value to Marcaine. I've had it used on me for trigger-point injections or some type of deep-muscle deal. You can give it a Google but I'm pretty sure it's not going to take you to your Happy Place.

are there any other "caines" with any recreational value besides the old CO?

theyre all just topical numbing jobbers right? benzocaine, lydocaine.... what makes cocaine so different?

still sold in a couple of headshops here as a 'brand-prod' and as pure dimethocaine on the RC market

Had it a few times within the last couple of months -sort of similar to cocaine, but never quite gets you to that IV coke threshold IMO, but it does come scarily close, since it's pretty damn pure from a lab source
the effects of IV dimethocaine are damn right scary
It gives your head an overall numbness to it (as well as that almost-coke-rush) and makes one feel as if afflicted by a minor stroke if shot enough in that you seem to end up literally incapacitated and unable to perform certain motorfunctions for a few minutes

Extremely addictive shit, and i don't wanna touch it ever again
