Orally Effective with increased dosage?

Now I know most people say that Dilaudids are a complete waste taken orally. However, I know a guy who says he popped 3 of the 8mg pills and was feeling it for a few days. He does alot of drugs so maybe he did something else in the meantime, but I was just wondering if this was complete BS or not. Anyone have any experiences? Perhaps taking 3 was enough to do the trick?

Definitely BS - I used to do swallow just a 4mg and those were sweet.. started my last binge that way. Shit was HARD to get though. I guess how much would depend on your tolerance level. If I took 24mg today there might be a bit of a problem.

I'm sure that Hydromorphone would get more effective orally as you raised the dosage, but never as nice as a smaller IV hit. D is one of the best pharm. rushes out there and any method of administration that doesn't involve a needle and a vein is a waste of good dope, IMO. If it was my freind that was swallowing all those dillies I would try to trade him some other Opaites for them so that they could be put to good use.

Anyways, the A to your Q is of course!! If you take more of anything it will increase the effectiveness. But for it lasting 3 days is total BS. Hydromorphone is a short acting drug, at 72 hours, there would be no more left of it in you.

I have a buddy who is in no way opiate naive who dissolves his Ds in warm water and drinks it. Personally, I agree with you guys in that if they are not being IVd it is a waste. However, he claims that it gets him faded all day off one dose. Everyone is different.

I do shoot D every now and then, but I mainly snort it. You do need a little more to feel it strong (8mg line) but you don't HAVE to shoot it to have a fun time. It's nice because they are so small so it's not much powder to inhale. I just finished one up actually and feeling very good.

Total bullshit. According to my Dr., dilaudid has to be taken every 2 hours. I can blast 3 or 4 of the dilaudid hp's and MAYBE stay high for 30 minutes, maybe 45, if I'm lucky.

I can swallow 8mg and get where I need to be; similar if not stronger than 50mg of Oxy.
If snorted, it becomes even stronger.
As far a booting it, when injected most any opiate becomes expotentionally stronger, so the IV user will surely feel shit.

But you're right, Dillies will not get anyone high for days.

Definitiely not "retarded", it must be the 120 mg Oxy cross tolerance causing ORAL 36 mg D not getting me at all. According to http://www.globalrph.com/narcoticonv.htm, 45 mg of my D should get me as good as 120 mg of my O. I tried it, it doesn't. I am looking for better uses for this stash as for now I have none. Of course (see other thread) tootin and bangin will get you there (by "not feel shit" I meant an IV user taking oral D). Let me know Insuffl. and IV equivalents for the above oral daily habit.
