Lopermide in Manhattan

I am living in Berlin, and as far as I know, it is only possible to buy Lopermide in small amounts.
My brother is coming to visit me in a few days, he lives in Manhattan.
Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE advise me as to where my brother can buy Lopermide for me?
I have heard that at Cosco you can get it cheap and in good quantity.

Please help, there is no cosco in manhattan, he is very busy, and I would like for him to be able to get it for me somewhere in Manhattan.

So yeah, that's it.

Where can he get me a BUNCH of Lopermide in Manhattan?

You can buy them in bulk at Sams Club which I know for a fact you have in New York.

If that doesn't work you can buy 96 2mg tabs for about $7-8 (usd) at most Walmarts.

any drugstore will have a generic lopermide for cheap, and dollar stores will have em too........

CVS sells a brand name bottle of 96 2mg tabs as well as a CVS private label or generic version....
Duane Reade...these are big chain convenience pharmacy Health & Beauty stores located on almost every corner or in between in Manhattan.

My wife and I have been trying to kick for the last 6 months or so,
we have a good amount of meds:
oxy
oxymorphone
fent
methadone
subs

but i think it would be good to have the lope.

i would like to post a list of everything i have in stock,
perhaps you guys could help us develope a kick plan...
i know we would really appreciate it,
we have ended up decimating almost half of our stash due to UNSUCCESSFUL kick attempts...
something like
"well, imagine how powerful the dope will be if we where the fent patches"

anyways,
perhaps i will repost the kick plan request in another forum or something,
because its actually something i really need help with,
i really really really want to kick, so bad,
we can't support our habit, and have borrowed money from almost everyone we know.

I ALWAYS buy mine from costco. Each unit contains two bottles, each bottle containing 200*2mg pills. I can't remember the price exactly, but it's head over heels cheaper than a drug store. I'm sure Sams club has similar deals.

With one unit, you get enough loperamide to stay well for a week (800 mg)! Probably longer for most people actualy, It lasts about a week for me, and I'm on 105 mg of methadone per day. For someone with a lower tolerance, I'm sure they'd get more mileage outta it.

For me, lope is a fantastic (albeit expense and constipating) taper drug. 200 mg (100 pills) taken at the same time will keep me straight for two days (I'll usualy even be able to sleep on the second night). Also, since the buzz is minimal, it's much easier to self taper, because with other drugs I always get drawn into getting high rather than keeping my taper schedule.

I would recommend using most of what you have (all of the full agonist drugs) before trying to kick. The methadone, bupe, and loperamide are your best bets imo. The other drugs are just too tempting. I guess you could use them to taper. I just know that I would have a hard time not abusing them and catching a buzz.

Check out the bupe forum and you woll find all the taper/kick info you need with this drug.

If it were me, I would party with the full agonists, then taper with either the methadone or the bupe. Beware of going from methadone to bupe- this can be very unpleasant. Once I did the taper, I would jump and use the loperamide and non-opioid comfort meds (weed, benzos, NSAIDs, antihistamines, vitamins-especially vitamin B, and anything else I could find) to make it as easy as possible. Then I would taper the loperamide over about ten days or so.

Search engine will give you details on lope,methadone,or bupe tapers.

I'd say don't bother with the short acting stuff to quit, you should just give your oxy and oxymorphone to me:p. But in all seriousness from what I've seen stick to one drug (methadone is your best bet in this case judging by what your habit sounds like). People always get sick or OD when they mix. Never used done, so hopefully somebody in the forum you reposted can help. Best of luck guys, and remember, you CAN do it!

Chemical Boy is right on, party w/ the full agonists and taper with the methadone, jump to a ton of Lope 150/day and everything else he listed. 24 days since jumping off 130mg day/6 years of MMT. Now I got A weed Habit tho? Dollar stores 'round here, $6 96pills
