New pain patch that lasts 7 days!

I was doing some reading and I came across this amazing patch there developing in North America for chronic pain. It's a similer idea as the Duragesic or fentanyl patch but it's smaller and lasts a week. There doing human trials right now but it's looks promising. It uses a drug like fentanyl but 5-10 times stronger and it's harder to abuse cause it's not in a gel. I'm hoping it comes out soon cause I consider the Duragesic patch to be the best painkiller I've taken for my back except there a pain to keep on sometimes and they dont always last the full 3 days. But it's the only one where I actually forget I'm on opiates cause it doesent have any side effects, not even constipation!:D It is kind of freak though when you go sun tanning and you realise the heat is giving you a bit of an overdose.

god that sounds like a good idea to me. I have to take so much meds, it would be nice to have a base med that WORKS and doesn't have to be fiddled with, so that I can minimize my need for breakthrough meds which are always on the rise lately for me....
