Enhancing Morphine Sulfate Instant Release?

I always thought that I was a informed opiate user but when I found this site in Feb. of this year, I have met people far more knowledgeable than me which is why I ask so many questions here. :)

But anyhow, I was wondering if there are any techniques to enhance MSIR's with any means of administration other than anal (I believe I have that one covered, haha.)

Cimetidine (Tagament), Grapefruit Juice, Benzodiazepines, Diphenhydramine (Benadryl)/Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine), possibly DXM? If I was trying to get the most out of them I would probably just IV them though.

I IV my morphine anyhow. I was just seeing if there was anything I could do to it to make it more potent, or anything I could do in advance to injection to boost the effect.

No, it really wouldn't aside from killing a few million of your brain cells at the injection site.

Any narcotic has to be metabolized into a chemical with the capacity of passing through the blood brain barrier (digestion), absorbed by mucus membranes which in turn permeate through the BBB (plugging, snorting), or deposited directly into a vein and transported northward (injection).

The brain's capillaries are so small, you'd end up injecting into white matter, not a blood vein or artery.

However, injecting directly into the spine or brainstem could produce interesting results; anyone up for mixing some dope with cerebral-sprinal fluid? (just kidding. please dont.)

heres some other meds in just in case u didnt know....reglan (metaclopromamide), phenagran (promethazine), compozine (prochlorpromozine), and visteraril (vistaril pam), other than that, parachuting while snorting or plugging is the only thing i can think of at the moment. if i think of anything else, ill post it....

Hey, what you say is true for the most part. What I'd like to ask is this: What, pray tell, is morphine metabolized into before she is able to get into the CNS? Insofar as codeine and heroin, for example, are concerned, you have a good point. Codeine has very very low binding affinity for the moo (mu) opiate receptor by itself (although it's not totally devoid of the ability to bind to the receptor), what it is is that codeine is metablized into morphine when it's swallered. Heroin is similar, as everyone who's reading this prolly knows already, because it's metabolized into mono-acetyl M and just plain ol' M pretty quickly, within minutes of ingestion, by whichever means. But morphine?

To answer the initial question of the thread - my answer is: TAKE A LARGER DOSE. (if u want an enhanced eperience).

take a break man. it's something all of us have to do in order to keep the euphoria at a nice level. and the tagaments or whatever they are will work, as will white GF juice

I wish it were as simple as "taking a break".

I am prescribed them for chronic pain issues associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Scoliosis, Kyphosis, Sheurman's Disease, Raynaud's Phenomenon, and Dermatomyocitis.

So I can't just "take a break", or I would be in intense pain.

Meh - Looks like upping the dose is in call for.

I was iv'ng 120 at once every day and then I split an avinza in half one day crushed up the balls really good added a bit of water and heated (so very lil just like warmed it) the spoon didn't even turn black .I held lighter there for less then 10 seconds as I hate it when it gets gooey.I'll tell you what this makes my dope at last 10-15 times more potent and I only have to continue using the same amount I was.In fact I did it today and I've been high to the point of almost vomiting not quite though.I know won't sleep all night as I have the best opiate buzz since Two sundays ago when I did the same thing.I do the morphine thing every day .Its just that I never realized how much that lil warm up increased the potency.If you heat it to much in my opinion It burns al the good stuff away,but I couldn't believe the actual difference!I only had to do 60 milligrams and even that was alot my dope will last much longer now.

I serioulsy doubt this is true, unless maybe you werent getting the morph outta the little balls that you were crsushing before and by heating them they are releasing more morph? If I heat it till the spoon turns black and I can smell it while I'm warming it it tends to goo therefore being harder to draw up.I was crushing the balls perfectly w/ a mortar and pestal by the way but its hard to explain but putting the flame low under the spoon and just warming he crushed beads and water makes such a difference .I did a 120 without heating yesterday and today I did half a 120 with just warming it up as I just said and I didn't get the smell of it from heating or the gooeyness that makes it hard to inject and draw up and today was actually the highest I have ever gotten in 5 years of IVn'g.I got the blurred vision for 5 minutes severe itchys more then anything I ever experienced and I have been high since 11:30 this morning.My balls were always crushed as fine as could be ut just that 7-8 seconds of warming potenizes the morphine like you wouldn't believe.It actually scared me a lil cuz I had never got the blurred vision.I will be much more careful now that I know what the lil heating I do makes in the difference of the intense rush.I hope I explained this more clearly.I guess the only way to know what I am describing is by actually doing it beacause it definatelly works.I thought I was getting all my lil balls could deliver being they were crushed so well but this makes all the more difference.and I have had someone else on the forum do it both ways and they certainly noticed when I had crushed compared to when I had warmed it up a bit

Sounds like you just were'nt getting all the morphine extracted fully all those years before you found out to heat them. I think you must feel delighted, i know i would, you can make your supply last so much longer now, good for you.

All this talk about using stomach meds to potentiate opiates gets me queasy - I've always refrained from taking heartburn meds, even when I had acid reflux for awhile - cuz like laxatives or most any palliative prep - one gets a tolerance and ends up needing the shit and getting the side effects etc etc - In other words, I love dope but hate medications haha. seriously though, is it really worth it. This has to do with morphine not being metabolized quick enough - but with grapefriuiut juice or with antacids one can cause it to break down before being pissed out. Am I on track? Now on a related question, what is the differenc between the MSContins and the Kadians - both are morphine sulphate, right?? And both are theoretically some type of sustained release. Does that mean they won't piss out quickly - do you get more of the morph by letting 'em dissolve at thier own speed so you don't piss half of it out - just taking more to bump up euphoria. What does everyone think?

thanx johnny I definately discovered something that could save me a ton of dope for the future.I just need to be careful now because if you do a lil to much .I won't be able to finish my stash,but it still bums me out that I missed all those great IV's I coulda had but I ate what was left in the spoon so it didn't go to waste.
