ROXANE Dolophine- Experiences?

I got my usual methadone switched from the Mallinkrodt Methadose to the Roxane Dolophine.

It isn't like the 'dose, that is, made for dissolving in juice, its a hard pills like any other. I asked for a different kind, but it turned out they ran out of the Mallinkrodts that day, so I was getting switched to Dollies no matter what. Mallinkrodts were turning to powder before I got to eat them. Sucked for dosing.

These new ones seem nicer, but they don't seem as powerful for some reason. I think they're just not dissolving as quick/well as the others would have. I notice some problems with my stomach burning quite a bit when I take them.

Sorta like ibuprofen does. What have been your experiences with these if you've had them.

weird. I don't understand why companies make 2 or 3 versions of the same drug. roxane makes a bunch of different methadone products and in fact make 2 different 10mg methadone hydrochloride tablets. one is under the brand name Dolophine and the other just Methadone.
the 10mg methadone hcl tablets that roxane makes are the best I think, not that any of them are much different but I prefer roxanes brand, don't really remember the dolophines but I'm guessing they are the same.

and I feel exactly the opposite... when I was using for a buzz, the orange wafers and little white 10 mgers were supreme. I take the diskettes now, I even transferred clinics because they only offered the cherry syrup.

I think the Roxane 10mgers are more effected by the food content of a stomach. I notice a considerable decrease in my pain level on an empty stomach, and barely at all on a full one. Surprising. Today I took the SL instead of orally (though I do swallow :p ), which is the worst way to take them. Theres sort of an aneasthetic burn-tingle in the tongue when used that way.

I take the 40 millagram roxanne wafers and have no problam. I always thought that that held me better. I have tried them all. And fortunetly they use the discette.
