MS contin and drug tests

I don't know if this is the right place to post this question
Swim has been on 30mg per day of Hydrocodone for 10 years for a back injury.Swim's knee got hurt on friday and took the last 30mg ms-contin that had somehow been missed by the hospice nurse after a close relative passed away,swim has a drug test coming up on thursday morning for a short job and is worried.It will probably be a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry test.Swim's career is at stake but the bills keep piling in.Is 6 days enough time to pass even if swim keeps taking prescribed meds?

6 days, one dose, with all the hydro metabolites, im sure youll be fine, even a cg/ms...

start chugging water anyhow, if its this big of a deal,
and you should be fine.

search around a bit for drug test tips here,
most all of us have had this same issue.
