collapse vains and harm??

iv been wondering how much actual harm it would due to the body or
a body part? especially when someone says "i cant find any vains to use"?
i cant really see it cause that much of any problem , it just something i think about
when a person says that..

Obviously it results in a much poorer circulatory system,but that's about it apart from this can be quite painful-especially in Winter.

It's worth pointing out that many collapsed veins return-sometimes usablele,sometimes not.

Could be very dangerous. If a clot on a vein were to come unstuck and travel all the way to the heart, you could have a heart attack. If an artery were to collapse, you could lose a limb. Of course, this is all hypothetical and rather unlikely. Unless you see a limb going blue or your chest starts palpitating, I wouldn't worry, but keep an eye out. The quicker you find out something's wrong and call 911, the better.

After a vein collapses clots aren't an issue.They're only an issue during the process of collapsing a vein.

Threads like these make me real glad I'm not a needle fiend. jesus, I'm cold enough as it is with me mittens! last thing I need is poorer circulation. I guess I could always strap a battery pack to me and wrap heated blankets around my extremities.
