We got pulled over because i guess my dealers house was being watched, so I swallowed a gram of coke.. it was in a baggie, and everyones telling me I'll be ok. But I am very anxious and worried, I know cocaine has a very low oral bio. 33% according to wikipedia, so 33% of 1.3 grams.. I know thats around 300mg. It was pretty potent stuff but I know it wasn't pure. Its been about 2 hours since ingestion and my heart is racing but otherwise I'm OK. I took 3 1mg ativan to calm myself and slow my heart rate alittle... Do you guys think I should go the hospital?

If it's been two hours already, you should be coming down pretty soon. Maybe try laying down and chilling out for a while? I don't know, man. It might be best to go to the hospital, though you would probably get arrested later. If you feel okay after two whole hours, maybe it's best you stay home.

Yeah I tried and they reccomended ipecac but I went to 5 different stores, 2 pharmacies.. and NO one carries it anymore.. this shit sucks, my friends got 2 poss. tickets for marijuana but I got off, I was so fucking nervous though.. the cops knew I was fucked up, and found a cellophane with my suboxone in it but I had my bottle thank god, so they just let us off pretty easy.. I still can't believe this shit, my dealer works with me so I had to call him back and let him know they are watching his house.. the cops basically told me they know we went there to buy weed and that he thinks marijuana will be legalized soon. Really cool guy, he just told us to be more careful and never buy from that guy again.

maybe the wrapping is holding in lots of the coke. Don't eat anything too sharp or pointy (like pretzels). They might make more holes in the wrapping.

Trying to think if there's anyway to neutralize it, or decrease its bioavailability (like eating antacids, or something, but I don't know--that might just make it worse).

Without being too graphic, when you finally pass the package (poop it out), let us know if the package is still containing something. I'll be willing to bet the wrapping acts like a "time-release" device.

Just bad luck, and not knowing my friends house was being watched led to my shitty experience. I seriously thought I was gonna OD though, all the pharmacists looked at me like I was insane when I asked for the ipecac. One even told me to just leave and call poison control because I was already abit fucked up and stuttering which she could tell. Thanks for all the advice guys you saved me the trip to the ER. Which i did not want to do, was a last resort from having charcoal inside me making me puke my guts out and having to talk to abunch of doctors about why I had swallowed a gram of coke.

I've never had a problem on those few occasions when puking was the best option (never in a situation like this, though). I just pressed the "vomit buttons" found at the back of the tongue. If we weren't meant to occasionally induce gakking, we wouldn't have those handy vomit buttons.

that is why .5 g is an automatic felony in most states.
it is enough to kill so it is def more dangerous,hence the law.

so if you swallowed a g,i'll bet it didn't rupture.
i would bet that if it ruptured, and absorbed,which it will at the RATE OF 100%,by the way,
you would be high as hell for about an hour after it opened,
and you could have easily come close to deathas well.
personal experience has led me to this conclusion too.

Oh you can bet if its unopened I'll still use it, I didn't wanna waste a perfectly good gram on my stomach, I had only gotten to do 2 lines!.. Then bam, cops are here and i'm in panic mode.
