FYI in CA you DO NOT have to submit to the Field Sobriety Tests at all and it will not count against you, however, you cannot refuse the blood, breath or urine test. There is absolutely NO REASON to take the FST's as more often than not if will hurt you.

But.......I watched it many more times, and I started to think that it was staged, or the video was just edited so it appears he is actually peeing. I tried googling it, and the only thing that came up was the same short clip on youtube. If it was real, I would think there would be some opinions/newspaper articles on it. IDK.....what does everyone think?

Yea it's definitely fake. You can tell because the ticker doesn't match the video and the "security camera" effect is done in editing. I was gonna post something about that but i figured everyone already knew and was just laughing at it anyway.
