any programs in detroit area

i didt know where to post this i have been such a mass latley from tapering i have seemed to reached a sticking point with it i was just wondetring if anyone knows of a PROGRAM IN THE detroit area it doest have to be G A assisted i just need a place where the put me under light sedation or not even that money is a bit of issue so if anyone can help that would be great thanx guys
