15 secs of google searching with no luck looks like there aren't any in your area maybe try ordering them online sorry bud

Sorry, dude: No needle exchange 'round those parts. I hear there is one in Atlantic City. Which, is very south.

The needle law in NJ is no pins without a prescription...there is a needle exchange in Atlantic City, NJ...
