Agree with E. Although be careful with muscleing pills. Make sure you filter. If you don't want to IM either though, then snorting I guess would be your best bet. Has always worked well for me. But then again, your tolerance is a little higher than mine.

IMing Dilaudid is well worth it if you take care and pay attention to harm reduction plus it's has hellish legs. At least 8 hours - at least! But also know this. It will build up your tolerance hotter than a fresh fucked fox in a forest fire.

First crush up x amount of pills and put them in how ever many CCs of warm (Not Boiling) water. Then stir, stir, stir. After that bits done heat up the mix again but DO NOT BRING IT TO A BOIL. You'll notice a white film on the top of the cooker. As soon as it starts to move to one side it's done.

Now stir, stir, stir again. Next filter through a piece of clean, damp, semi-loosely rolled cotton. Suck that up with an oral type (No Needle) syringe through the cotton and put it in a different spoon or what-have-you.

Now take a filtering syringe, (They're brand named Norco) or wheel filter but a syringe type is much better, place it on the syringe of what you plan to use and suck it up. Now put on the regular needle and your set. But -- it's really not so easy is it?

Depending on how many you use you could have up to 1/2CC more than when you started. Be sure and thoroughly clean whatever area you MIGHT plan to use for injection with an alcohol swab. Be sure and Google IM injection sites.

OK some one correct me if I'm wrong but I think your deltoids can hold 1CC, your thigh muscles 2CCs and your gluteus maximus can hold up to 3CCs.

Don't EVEN do this if you have the slightest trepidation. It's not worth it.

All of the equipment I've mentioned here can be purchased from most online medical supply sites. Do not go poking around in yourself with a 1.5" needle. A 25 gaugex1" needle with a 3 CC syringe will reach muscle just fine as long as you aren't morbidly obese and you certainly don't look that way from your picture.

EDIT: Re; Tolerance. When swim first started he was IMing 8-16 Mgs a day. Before too long swim was IMing 64Mgs 3 times a day. Swim took a long break. :D

You should boil ANY shot, but specially a shot you intend to IM. It helps to kill any bacteria, which obviously is very important to avoid abscesses when IMing. Then again, IMing pills is just asking for an abscess in the first place.




To the OP, if you do not use needles, the best way to use hydromorphone is to dissolve it in water and put the solution in a nasal spray mist bottle. You need to do some math to get the dose right, and you want to make sure you use the spray MIST type of bottle. There are other threads on this. Do a search.

Read my post. When I was at my worst I was IMing 8X8mg pills in one 3CC syringe. That's 64mg in one shot. But remember I had some time to build up a hefty tolerance.

I really don't recommend it to any one. I quit after a long run. Start slow.

I'm going to knock on wood (my head) before I say this but I did IM Dilaudid for almost ten years with not one abscess. I've never had one to date. So I think you may be a little off on the boiling everything.

I think using sterile water and safe injecting techniques, like washing your hands before you start will go farther than simply boiling. Just my .02

EDIT: I also buy clean needles, alcohol swabs and filters that will filter out bacteria from a medical supply site. I'll take those over a full boil any day.

This is the best bet, the rush from IV is all that makes D special. I'd trade to an IV user and just get what you like, if you have a decent tolerance(maybe 3 30 roxi's at a time or more) snorting Ds is very short and not worth it IMO.

The extra measures you took obviously help a lot. I'm just saying that it's good practice to boil it for a short time just to be sure. It certainly doesn't damage or degrade the drugs if that's what you're worried about. As you said though, sterile water, micron filters and safe injecting techniques go a very long way. I would bet that most don't use these extra precautions though.

Fent is not a drug to take casually, and oxymorphone with its 10% BA is worse than what she has.
