OK i got a rx for kpin filled at wally world with 2 refills. But it is for 45 tablets, and the bottle says "Take one tablet daily as needed".
So when is the earliest I can get a refill?

I'd throw those fuckers out, just because benzos are evil, and I don't like them. But if I DID like them, I'd go for a refill in two months... Why? Cause the doc will hopefully keep writing for more, if he sees that you don't take it every day (Which you shouldn't by the way. Besides Doctor issues).
THEN AGAIN, if he sees that you need to take it every day, he might just up your dose for once or twice daily the next time you see him. It really depends on how cool he is. You might also want to call him in a month, and ask if it's ok to take them every day.
What are you taking it for, and under what circumstances did you get it? That might give you some better and more accurate replies...
If you don't really give a flying fuck about the doctor, you can prob get a refill in two-three weeks. If you show up with some documentation that you need to go away for a month. (Job searching, for example) That kind of documentation is real easy to fake.
BTW: By the time you're done with that script, you'll more than likely be hooked on them. Just so you know.

I've had a script for them for 6-7 years. I just get the doctor to call them in whenever I need them, which is usually not that much(every 3-4 months) but I'm already out of them this time. The bottle has 2 refills on it and it's only been twenty days since I got the original 45. I'm asking when will the pharmacy refill them?
And to answer your question, I take them for generalized anxiety disorder and anxiety attacks.
And I'm mentally hooked cause I really NEED them for anxiety, but I've never had any physical wd's from benzo's and I've taken up to 5-6 mg's a day for months when I first started taking them then I just quit taking them or I might've tapered a little as the anxiety got better

Well, to answer the first question, if you use insurance you can be 5-10 days short (depends on the insurance company). If you pay cash, it's up to the pharmacist really.
I'd suggest typing up some proof that you're leaving soon, and shove it in the pharmacists face.
It might also help if you transfer the prescription to another pharmacy where they DON'T know that this is a majo detour of your routine. Some people swear by small mom and pop pharmacies, in my experience many big chain pharmacies are too lightly staffed, and don't really give a fuck.
Hope that answered your question... I just want to comment on the other issue though.
You see, the anxiety you're experiencing when not taking your clonazepam IS withdrawals.
Benzos are really sneaky in that sense. When you miss your dose or try to quit, whatever problem you took them for, anxiety or insomnia, gets magnified and much worse.
Sort of like taking OCs for backaches, and gettingeal bad bodyaches or backspams when you get WDs.
But yeah, if you're willing to quit the kpins, there are much better treatment for anxiety. Like behavioral therapy or other kinds of psychological therapies. And unlike benzos, they actually treat the problem, and not just the symptoms.
(I used to get panic attacks, before working it out in therapy over a couple of months).
Think seriously about it. Sounds like your habit is ballooning, and it's only going to get worse. Quitting benzos now might be tough, but you can do it. And imagine how hard it'll be in a year, when you take 10 mgs a day.

Just going by common sense AND past experience, I'd say at 40-45 days - most pharmacists, like the snarky ass that I have to deal with, are all about "taking exactly as directed". So if it's one pill a day and you needed one every day, then wouldn't it be 45 days? Sucks I know, but this is what I know my pharmacy (Target) would say.
But then of course most insurance companies will fill scripts (esp a schedule IV) up to a week "early".
My INSURANCE will fill a 30 day script at 21 days. .... however, my pharmacist will NOT FILL my kpin script until the exact 29th or even 30th day. Which is actually dangerous, since I've been on them for a while on a high dose (yeah, it's a bitch). But that's his deal and he's stickin' to it. (And besides, I usually have run out way before that point anyway....)
On the other hand, just take it in there (or call it in/better!) - those automated systems where you punch in the script number will say "we will refill this prescription" or something like that. And then you know you can just go pick it up. If they ask "why so soon?" then bring out the story that you'll be out of town and want to fill your script before you'll be gone <<for two weeks for work>>> or whatever. Esp 'cause you get anxious flying, etc.
Worse case they call the doc to get an OK, and he'll probably OK it.
Hope SOME of this made sense.

LOL that's exactly what I did. I called and pressed 5 to request a refill and the automated voice said "your prescription will be ready tomorrow by 4pm". I went in the next day to pick it up and they said you can't get this refill til the 10th. Fuck wally world!
