30mg of methadone three 10ths a gram of heroin daily

SWIM was at 160mg of methadone but tapered down to 30mg was kicked out of the clinic and couldn't handle the withdrawal. So now swim hasn't had any methadone in about a week but had started with 3 10ths of heroin a day and now SWIMS down to 1 or 1 1/2. Any advice for SWIM? SWIM can't get money for smack every day on count of being sick.

I'm not sure why you got kicked out of the clinic but I would go back there, hang around but hang back and see if you can acquire some more (illicit) Methadone from any old aquaintances. It's going to be a lot cheaper and you can continue with your taper once you get stable.

Now you've got your habit down it's an option and there aren't many options out there.So,maybe give it a go.
