I think most of us will see national legalization in our lifetimes, so stupid to spend money on enforcing something so benign.. Anyway, I thought it was a good read and figured I'd share..

I had a sweet little space that was lit like the sun for a bit, entirely legal.. Fuck I miss it, cost me probably a LEGAL $20k this year taking it down cos my ex LL is a moronic, low class, bone-headed pea-brained shit stain.. I was *just* getting that shit down too, had lil baby clones all ready that would be curing and all stinky n sticky now :(

EDIT: shit, just realized that was solicitation - oops, I blame the, umm... drugs, taking responsibility for my own actions would be far too mature of a thing for me to do..

I fucking hope so. Slightly off-topic, but I've seen too many friends lose all their FAFSA money (federal need-based grant/loan money for college) because of weed possession convictions. That's fucked up as far as I'm concerned. Poor people statistically smoke more often than rich people. Not letting them go to college to get an education hardly helps them.

I think "poor" people just get convicted for weed possession more than wealthy people. I know plenty of wealthy people that smoke daily. They can afford good lawyers and also usually know the right people to get out of it. Plus, cops are usually way more lenient to an upper-middle class person in an Audi with a dime bag of weed compared to some lower class guy on a bicycle in the ghetto with a bag of weed.

^^ Having a MM card in CA and walking into the clubs, it's *amazing* the variety of people you see in there, lots of suits, lots of older people whom you would NEVER guess smoked. Fucking trip, I've met a lot of people over the years involved in WAMM and with the clubs and it's really opened up my eyes to just how many people there are out there who smoke..
