130mg Trip

I really shouldn't call this a trip, but I dunno what it would be better refered to as. I took 90mg and then an hour and a half later another 40.

The goal of the trip was the alleviate pain in my tooth because a dentist refused to pull the fucking thing. Methadone wasn't touching my pain. Nitrous did for a bit, so I hoped that another dissociative would too. I hadn't slept for two days at this point the pain was so bad.

The pain was relieved slightly, and my mood was brightened enormously. I was able to eat again!!

However, none of the psychic affects were felt. There was some lightheaded- and dizzy-ness felt, and besides the mood lift and perhaps some stimulation, I experienced no altered perception or disturbed thought patterns.

OH well.

I used Robotussin CoughGels 15mg/cap. It takes quite a few pills, but I can swallow 3 or 4 at a time with ease.

According to erowid that was a light dosage.

Light: 100 to 200mg's
Common: 200 to 400 mg's
Strong: 300 to 600 mg's
Heavy: 600 to 1500 mg's

Yea, I knew it would be. Are you familiar with it? How much, approximately, does it take to begin the nitrous-like numb/aneasthetized body/skin?

yeah, i tried dxm once, 300mg, hit me pretty hard, but i'd rather do K for sure.

If i was to do it again 400-500mg would prolly put me where i like to go on ketamine

Thats true. I would really like to use ketamine. I'd like to try a low dose first, nothing close to a K-hole, but enough to get the jist of it. Its unfortunate that Dextromorphan has to work on plateaus.

One time while making poppy tea I accidentally knocked over the pot and spilled boiling water over my entire body. A friend and I each took 750 mg of dextromethorphan (and some pot) and it completely dissociated me from my pain. A lesser dosage would have provided some degree of analgesia however.

one of my buddies is a DXM veteran, he normally takes 1.5-2 boxes of coricedan cold and cough (Triple C's) and hes good for the evening. I beleive they are 15mg and 24 pills. so thats HIS minimum dose of 360mg with an average trip at 480mg. This kid is crazy though, the only person i know to have stolen a crotch rocket while on Dxm, then took it 135mph down the road when a cop clocked him and couldnt persue... he crashed and long story short..6mo in the county jail.

I guess hes the community RoboTripper. And i cant hope but to think in a year hes gonna go to the hospital to get a replacement RoboLiver.
