Reputation Points - WTF?

i jus noticed i got like -119 points, last night i had 16 - 20 + points, all i asked was about how long to wait befor H would effect me after taking a sub yesterday, and boom sum asshole gives me -119 points!!! i did a search but no relevant info popped up so i asked! wats the deal i am not that new, but to have that happen for askin a simple q just seems a lil absurd, oh and their only comment was hahahaha. care to be a man and tell me wut i did and who you are so i acn remedy my mistake and make sure i dont fuk up like that again or just leave me hangin onto wut i did and why you think i was wrong ?!!?!? cmon be a telephone tuff guy and tell me wut the fuk i did, ill correct my behaviour in the futuer soa s not to piss any one off, but if i dont know what it is how can i correct it?!?!?!?

Easy killer.

First, go to the 'quick links' link at the top right of the screen just under the logo and phrase of the day (make it last, or get your nod on, etc)... click the arrow and in the drop down menu there's an option that says "User Control Panel"... click on that and you'll be taken to a screen that shows all the rep you've been given and that you've given.

It won't say who, just what they said and what post it links to.

i know it sucks to get zapped like that bro, but my best advice is to help others as much as you can, any posts you see that you can help, give whatever advice you can, experiences blah blah that will not only build your karma, but points too.

To soulman: can you post a link to the particular thread (I don't remember seeing it), so we can see what's going on? If your question was indeed within the boundaries of what is acceptable, then it sounds like someone was messing with you and perhaps us mods can look into it.

But definitely turn your caps-lock off---that is considered shouting and most people do not like that at all.

A. if you want to know who sends you your points or takes em away, you need to be a donating member. Just one of the many, many perks. I don't list the fact that I donated a measly $5.00 because 1. im embarassed that it's only a measly $5.00 and C. I don't think it should matter to anyone else if I donated $5.00 or $500.00. I like the site, I gave what I could and will probably give more soon if I ever get the gumption to try and find how to donate since Satan-Pal fucked bi11i over and you can't make direct donations through them. But, if you want to see who, scratch together your measly $5.00 and donate. Don't berate, partici-fuckin-pate.

B. There is a forum for duking it out. It is called the "The Public Beating of Your Inner Child." It is a flame forum and although it's not a place to bitch about points (bitching about points is a no no and can come with consequences), you can go there and duke it out with whoever should happen to strike your fancy and wish to play.

I don't particularly have a problem with people coming in and asking the same old questions over and over and over and over, but there are those who really, really do. In fact, this very topic has been a big fight for quite a while and in part, led to the development of the flame group (at least this is the way I see it). So, there's a lot of sore history here and although you posted in the most correct forum you could have, your post is kind of bad form and whiney. I mean, you weren't forced to be naked in front of a room full of hot swimsuit models using a laser pointer and a rating system to judge you. It's some points on a forum on the internet. See a doctor if it's really causing you that much stress. See.. I speak from experience because not too long ago, I let some shit on here cause me stress until I wised up and realized I was being a bo-tard and a baby. Since then... el magico... no stress.
