had a court date the other day......usually when i go into court they tell me i need to be there at 8:30 but dont get around to my case until at LEAST 11. So on this particular day my dude wasnt answering his phone early in the AM......so i didnt get around to getting my shit until around 10:30. Then on to court. I come in...Im late i know.....they say oh....go up to room 1754 if you hurry you can still make it.....like a dumbass Im like "ok" . I go up there and the courtroom is empty except one person...as soon as i walk in "we'll be with you in one sec, stay here" and then she leaves. I sit there for about 5 minutes...have a light nod going....did a fix and a half in the parking garage before i walked in. Sit there maybe two minutes longer and here come two fucking metro squad deputies FUCK! OH SHIT! I gotta a half gram in my fucking sock! Two fucking pigs...ones a woman and the other is a man late fifties. Well I could easily run towards the elevators and maybe gain enough time eat my shit. Or I could go quietly fuck they got me with their backs to the door, there no way out. They hook me up and Im on my way to county...well that is once they do their search in the back hall way. Now IVE BEEN doing dope the better part of 6 years and never once been arrested or caught with anything remotely to do with drugs. I was arrested stealing once thats it (check other thread Stealing no judgements!) So at this point I accept it.....im going to get a 5th degree possession ,......illigal substance, narcoticos violation. Ill just have to deal with it right. So when this fucking duesch bag goes to search.....he feels right over the big bulge in my left sock...he never finds it...then they throw me in the bullpen/holding cell......right then and there I flushed it and callled to make bail. I was out three and half hours later. bought another one. Somebody is watching over me..im so lucky.

What did they arrest you for, I don't get it? Did you miss your court date or something and got a failure to appear? Also why did you flush the dope and not eat it if they did not find it.

You showed up 2 hours late to a court date, walked into the building (which is swarming with cops) high and with dope on you and thought it would be OK? I'm glad you didn't get busted for the dope, but WTF are you thinking man? Even if you were on time, going to court with drugs on you is just BEGGING to get popped. A lot of courthouses do a brief search on anyone entering.

MOST LIKELY ARESTED FOR ' bench warrent for failure to appear' as he was busy scoring dope when his court case was called - just adds more to the stack of his legal papers.

I was at court for traffic violation 5 years ago, or so. And some guy was paying a fine at the court window cashier, cops ALL AROUND the place, even a K-9 was being escourted inside.

This guy, 2 people ahead of me, digs in his pocket for his money, pulls out his cash, and a two-finger bag of pot falls to the floor of the court building !!!

Its like instantly, 5 cops just lock-on to that baggie on the floor, people in line are just backing the fuck away from it, and the pot head.

Poor fucker, they hand cuffed him immediately, I mean, there was no way he was getting out that.

Point is, if you know you're going to be around LE (like at a court), leave your crap at home.

I wouldn't even have it in my car. I mean, if that K9 unit was a drug sniffer, and just happened to pass you, the dog would alert, and the handler would have no problem searching you due to "probably cause."

Maybe, if you KNOW you're going to jail for a while, you might consider packing some stuff in small balloons and swallowing them.

You have to do it right, so no drug escapes (see Maria Full of Grace, for techniques).

So while you're in jail, you know that in a few hours, maybe a day or two, you'll be pooping some good stuff!!

This is a really bad idea and can lead to a more-lengthy sentence, if you're caught, so DON'T EVER DO IT !!

But, if you're successful, hey. You probably couldn't slam in jail, but you could crush & sniff and stay out WDs for a few days, or a month, if you pack well!!

Everytime the state drags me into court for bullshit like an improper lane change...which was why i was there they have me sit there for the better part of 4 hours, why cant they say be there at 12 and get to me within an hour. It seems like Im in court all the time. seatbelt ticket,lane change,restitution extension(not bullshit) and other shit like that. Ive been to court 4 or 5 times this year because twice after waiting 3 hours the prosecuter wasnt ready for whatever reason and had to send me away just to come back in a month.twice happened

My thinking was along the lines of what mor feen was saying, I really dont know what I was thinking...that maybe id keester it or something, but then why was it in my sock i know...i thought maybe id have time or something, really dumb.looking back i deserve a 5th degree possession. almost


the search was basically for weapons i think...they did a heavy search later on after they took me in to the main deal. But yes the initial search was just a pat down and through my pockets, he still shoulda found it though.

+1 again -well I guess it just the quickest, easiest place when one is all ready 3 hours late for COURT appearance.
I have to admitted I stuff bigger cash in me sock and keep $20-30 give up cash in me pocket in case of facing man with gun in hand, yeah i'll empty me pockets for that.

But ah dope, well I guess not everyone takes the time to construct 'special' shoe with cute conceal compartment in heel. Not hard, fun actually if a bit mechanically inclined:D

You are spending an unusual amt of time in traffic court. Something about you attracting cops attn? Careless in court, driving too? Not accusing but something about you or your actions is attracting cops attn. With me it's aggressive driving. It's not really that I'm breaking laws but I zip around pretty quick compared to others so I attract attn from cops. Something about you is getting their attn.

Was the orginal charge you had to go to court for a traffic violation?? If so you should have left the dope hidden in your car..why would you have brought it with you espeically into a federal or municipal building?? Second if you didn't show up for the date they would issue a bench warrant for your arrest for failure to appear, and then, depending on where you live and type of cops you got, they may have not gotten ahold of you, you could have strolled in at your leisure (I use that loosely) got high, tunred yourself in and make arrangments for bail right then and there...poor planning got you in that, china white, and as a judge once said to me...not taking care of business

Ive had a really bad year driving...no right on red ticket, seatbelt ticket, and another incident on the highway where someone tried to run me off the road, missed, and wound up in a three car pile up, i went unscratched and there trying to blame the whole thing on me. Kind of a paradox seeing how im a professional driver...My record is actually pretty good...ive had a license for over ten years, never revoked or expired. My insurance has always been pretty low...just in the last year all this shit.
