Hydromorphone score

a friend of mine got a handful of hydromorphone vials (2mg/mL) las night. i think theres about 8 there. 2 are gone. they also included a 25g syringe w. them. (side note: I think a 25g needle is a bit too large for IV use :o) there were also a couple morphine sulfate (2mg/mL and 10mg/mL).

he could go either way on the hydromorphone. when he finally managed to register and push the plunger his heart started racing then he got a nice rush and it was over. maybe a little afterglow. the 12mgs of morphine went into the thigh right after. not much there though.

these vials are cool to have but my friend think he would rather someone have them who would enjoy them more. he is a fan of longer lasting/non-IV opiates.

plus at 2mg/ml, i dont know how much you could fit in a regualr insulin syringe. maybe 2 or 3 tops.

i dont know. just thought id share. it was his first IV dilaudid experience.

side note: finally got pod tea to work! this is like my 4th or 5th time. i think the trick is to grind them up into a powder. the tea i made this morning was dark, like coffee and bitter not like apple juice which all previous batches have been.

im feeling nice. which is probably why i decided to share the pointless story about my friends score.

i used to always use a 25g needle when using smack.... and i have used 21g alot for methadone...:o although they are abit big.. it was when i had good crook elbow veins that took one go to get...

Anyway just use a bigger syringe to fit it all in - u can still stick a small needle on the end if u want..

where did he get it?? sounds like a waste going into the thing... and doingone at a time..

When swIm used, his bread/butter rigs were 3cc with a 25g.

I liked my DOC dilute, so I mixed with lots of saline, like 1-2mL total volume.

I find the 25g register well, and don't leave too big a hole.

When I tried using 30g, I found that registering sucked, that I would be in, and even through the vessel without a reg--they suck IMO.

27g is okay, but they are rarer around here than 25g.

i assume his friend got it from the hospital bc she is a medical professional. he did 2 at once. the syringe was a 3ml 25g.

one of the morphine was 2mg/mL one was 10mg/mL all of the hydromorphone is 2mg/ml.

I bet it came from a hospital too, because the crappy hospital(thanks to unitized same old shit way healthcare in most of the USA)I will never have any surgery at again, when I was there and they were giving me shots of Morphine or Dillie every 3 or 4 hours which is crazy long wait to me. I noticed the nurse would sometimes come in with this cute little barrel looking plastic vial or else a standard aluminum looking syringe for use into a iv line only. I always tried to look at the goodies she was putting in my IV to make sure it was what it was.

It always said 2mg CII Morphine sulphate, so I assume most hospitals around here, at least have mainly 2mg vials etc of Morphine or Dillies. I thought awww shit, just 2 measly mg of M wont even get me a buzz, well at least it took the pain away and helped me sleep, but for some damn reason I kept suddenly jerking awake like when someone is "kicking a junk habit". I wonder if I was getting that because the suboxone I used to be on was still not totally outta me, cuz I was only on M for a week. That's the only thing that sucks about subs, the way they grip onto those darn receptors and nothing seems to yank it off, except maybe a couple hundred mg of M.

How you been? Glad to hear I'm not the only person using larger rigs.

Have you ever seen in crappy anti-drug movies/tv shows the "druggy" using a fucking 10-cc syringe with a big ass 18g needle!!!

I cannot remember where/what show I saw this, but I'm like, "No f-ing way would someone shove that railroad spike into their vein!"

where would one acquire a 3ml syringe with a fine enough needle for IV? i think a few would suffice. i dont need, nor do i want a box of 50 or 100. literally a few, just so i could enjoy the remaining vials.

If you're a good BS-er, you can tell someone that you want to try injecting your Thanksgiving Turkey with marinade, etc..., and that a 3cc syringe with a 25g needle would be "primo." I guess to make the cover story even more believable, you could also ask for a 10-cc with an 18g (would be more reasonable for such a request. But say you want range of sizes--it might work. (just don't get arrested for trying my stupid idea--okay? :) )

Unless your injecting quail or pheasent, I wouldnt believe you trying to inject a turkey with a 25 g.

I've tried 30g many, many times. I LOVE them for IM injections, I'm not a masochist, for c.o.L.!

But the problem I have with 30g and IV-ing, is that the needle is so fucking small, I rarely ever get a register with it, I end up going in and THROUGH the fucking vein!!

I pull the damn rig out, thinking I missed the vessel, and wow, there a lot of venous blood coming out that fucking hole--would've been nice if it had fucking registered !!!

Well, I don't have that problem with 25g or even 27g, its just that 25g is more commonly available to swIm.

Milky i dont like buying packs of 100 either i always go to thedrugstorepharmacy at a superstore in Canada i just ask for a couple 27 g needles and 1 barrel. The barrels are interchangeable and work with most of the other needles ive had their, also ive never been asked what i need them for but it might be different where you live.

I used to get those 2mg/ml dilaudid amps for a while. I got up to 3 at a time which fit my preferred 3cc rig perfectly. Nowadays I would need a 15cc rig, and that's just not reasonable. Those amps do come in stronger concentrations as well.

I used 25g rigs most of the time I got them from my pharmacist whe n iwas using buprenex as I started IM then moved to IV I rarely used anything smaller cause I could never just have 1cc of buprenex, hell it got to the point where I needed 2 x 3cc rigs back to back...

Man oh man, I pray every day to the opio gods that someday soon i come across a vial of morphine or dilly, oxy ANYTHING! I hate injecting pills which is why ive only done it 4 times but if i had medical grade injectable morphine or any opiate for that matter i would be banging that shit 24/7 till it was gone.
