Has anyone else tried it as a sedative? I've read that it effects the same receptors as Benzo's so I was just curious.. I have ingested 3 400mg caps so far and it actually does have a sense of anxiety relief and drowsiness. Mixed with my daily 'Done it actually has alittle nod to it, interestingly enough.
