im pretty sure what the dope does to the muscles, especially after rapid introduction into the body in a shot, would fuck up the actions of the love muscles to some extent, making the actual orgasm less intense or stunting it somehow.
for ex: if you take your opiates orally, say a good dose of oxy, wait a bit and start fucking or whackin it, you can feel the opiates gradually 'locking' the ability to orgasm, until its totally impossible to (its in the name of science, focus on those muscles, feel how they connect, work together, etc, and how dope slowly changes that)
