my buddy got some Oxycodone HCL 40MG ER (extended release Oxycontin). I just want to pass on some wisdom to a buddy. They are Yellow, Oblong, (32/93) 32 on one side and 93 on the other. also they are unscored (no line). Teva Pharmacuticals.
Whats the deal with these ones, what can be done. Do they gell up or anything like that. Are they safe to chew? Do they work well when just swallowed. Just wanted any knowledge it is much appreciated. I did a quick search and didnt find too much. Any firsthand or 2nd hand info would be great. Thanks and peace.

First of all, this is my first post. I have been lurking around this site for about a month and a half. I love it!!! I have been hesitant about leaving a post, but now I am more comfortable with the site. Hello all, and I defiantly will be posting more often in the future. Hello all!!
SWIM has had first hand experience with those, and other denominations from teva, and sad to say they do turn into a gelatinous mess when mixed with dihydrogen monoxide (water). They are almost imposable to shoot, and have so results insufflate (jello bugers), and diminished effects when chewed and swallowed.

welcome...glad you decided to post......
Ok as for the Teva OCs, I have had the 40's, and only have chewed them. The did gel up a when I chewed them, ...but it did barely break the time release, but not even close to as strong as others in my opinion ..i have heard that they gel when trying to snort.....

Yep, them damn Tevas---only good for chewing or swallowing whole (but who'd wanna do that?). They are notorious for gelling up.
But for oral usage, chewing 'em up produces much the same effect as any other OC, IMO.
