can one buy a straight gram in the east coast..if you can how much? ..if not if one bought ten stamps and then dumped them all out and weighed them......what do you think you'd have...usually/.? Is it easy to find eightballs or again do you have to buy all stamps?

in mass we have 50$ bags which are about .5g and then a full gram usually goes for 100-120$ usually. at least for people that i know. i haven't seen stamps in a long time. it all depends on what part of the east coast.

then what do they sell on the so called corner..........like in baltimore they have capsules.......or if there is no open air...then what do most of the independents sell? or are they all different

Mostly what is sold is stamp bags that contain .1 gram of heroin. If you're buying in open air, you aren't going to be buying in bulk, the shit is already broken down and in the bags. If you wanted a gram, you'd buy 10 .1 stamps and they'd equal a gram if they are legit and contained the proper amount.

Here in Jersey and the NYC area, people usually buy bundles, which are 10 stamped glassine bags of H. Each bag SHOULD contain .10 grams. Now I say should, because it isn't always .10. Like I've weighed my shit a couple of times and it only came out to .7g, but the quality was right. A bundle can cost from $60-$100 in this area depending on where you are.... So try to think of a bundle as a gram: .10 x 10= 1.00 grams.

Shit I can't even really get just a little bit unless it's from a friend the people I talk to won't talk for less than half a G to a whole one. and the 60 guy won't get off his ass for anything lower than the 60 for a G.

I had a trip planned for chicago to go on the judge mathis show, they had chosen my case and everything..plane tickets/hotel everything was set....they were even going to pay me $250 just to go onto the show not including the court settlements.....but at the very last second something spooked 'em. I'd get into it...but its a long type. I get good tar here, and can get powder, but A) the powder sux and B) you gotta pay around $150-$170 I was so excited to get a solid G of some decent powder at around a 100 dollars or less. At that price...and if it was decent...it probably would be a better buy than what im getting now...AND FUCK tar sucks and I hate buying by default. so like I said I was excited. So im think going east on my own....
My only trip out east was Baltimore......I bought two capsules of this "scramble" and it did about what a twenty would do here. I wasn't that impressed. I bought a $15 dollar vile of "raw" without getting my ten dollars change so i really payed 25 and that didnt really have any effect and is was almost like it was wet in a way. So I said to my friend "dude where can I buy some regular fucking heroin" we tried to buy some more raw but again it was not worth it. I thought that was supposed to be the H capital of the world. But then I thought maybe my guide was just a dumbass...Im not for sure either way. Cus I spent a lot of money exploring the street dealers and for the most part it was what i described above. SO I was thinking maybe Nueva York...but I heard the open-air scene had dried up so then I'd have to find a connect and I dont know a single soul. So then I was pondering Philly or maybe even Jersey(but I heard the penalties are fucking med-evil) not that I plan on getting caught but you never know. So thats kind of where Im at.

You have to remember that 98% of the time, when you buy a small quanitity of powder, it hasn't been weighed on a scale. The "general idea" is that a $10 will get a tenth, but you will almost never get a consistant precise weight. Most times stamps are measured by volume so the packager can package more than one or two a minute using some sort of standardized spoon or measuring device, which will make all his bags approx the same weight but with a decent amount of error. The point of this is that you should never expect to be able to aproximate the total weight of a large number of small bags accurately.

Stamps will also be adjusted for quality fairly often. For instance, if someone is breaking down a large pile of product that they know has more cut than usual in it, they might use a slightly heaping scoop per bag, or if it's super crazy diesel they will fill it just below the level line. This also makes for more variation

As far as baltimore goes, it should never be considered the heroin capitol of the world. Yeah, it's everywhere and you won't have a problem finding it, but for christ sake they basically invented scramble and cheese. They've also got the highest murder rates and lowest school attendance. Just because there is heroin everywhere doesn't mean it's the best heroin city in the country

stamp bags? id say closer to .07 to .08. the ones a friend of mine is getting are close to .1. the bags are usually folded a few times so what you end up seeing is a small rectangle. the fullness of this rectangle varies from like 25% full to 100% full. a bundle is 10 bags which in theory should equal a gram.

the bags range from $6 ea to upwards of $15. usually the high end of the price scale is reserved for people who are getting middle manned or yuppies as you put it. or if you are buying singles as opposed to bundles or stacks.

In the boston area we have $40 bags ( 3 for $100) or depending on who your connect is there are 1 gram balloons for $100 and the shit is excellant.

Baltimore's scrambleis in capsules but raw is usually in 'lil baggies or viles, last I knew they have 6/10$ scrambles & raw ranges from 5$ to 50$ on the streets.

In Northern Jersey/NYC/LI it was bundles for $60 (or less) and they usually ended up weighing out to around .65-.7 total. Never a full gram, but the quality (and the price) was always right.

I never weighed anything I got, but most of the time it was $10 bags bundles for 80-90 depending on who I was using and the occasional brick I bought would be 300..in the game everyone is going to take a pice of your action so honesty with weight and price aren't going to be factors and I'm sure if we cared about thet type of things, albeit being completely ripped off, we would never have used in the first place....
