Its been YEARS since i experienced barbituates without opiates in my system... I have been trying to retract my migraines, and loaded up on barbituates tonight... I can't believe the high...

I think my body just levitated off my bed, or sumtin like that...Its nice to forget about pain for a while and live in la la land

Now to get my kitty to stop drooling on me... he always knows when i am half in the bag

wow I dont think I could handle this everyday... Someone on here compaired it to qualudes... I wouldnt be able to compare, but hell, pass the ludes

I have noticed that man can not describe the high on these things... I wanna try

I feel like my body is flying
my head is in a bubble
mellow- and very relaxed - with out feeling sloppy (yet)
Im sure if I was walking the walls would be jumping in front of me
speach extremely slurred - nooooo owww-c-fur izz jus a little tired from worch

anyone else able to add a few if there experriences on this... I knnwo some threads have grazed this topic, but nothing specific on it...

maybe add it to the forums under pharmies? I know its not a opie (unless scribed with codiene in it)

I think it was me you were talking about who compared Barbituates to Quaaludes... I was talking in more of an old school downer that is rarely seen anymore (more so with the 'ludes) sense than I was saying the effects are alike. Both are classic wall-bangers, both will give you horrible withdrawls that are potentially deadly, and most importanly both with fuck you up Elivis style. I think if I had to pick a favorite class of drugs out of the 2 it would be the Quaaludes, definately the 'ludes, but there are also some kick ass barbs out there too.

praise be chemboy!! i remember in highschool being really into these things, taking up to 12 to 15 at a times... I was the pill girl, handing them out to the "click"... smoking some buddah... but they lost their thrill when on OC.... I just could not handle both highs together. my nods turned into something alot my serious, and possiably more dangerous... not a good mix if you ask me

like mixing dope and clonipin/valium....nodding with the cigarettex10. not just little holes burnt in your clothes, but large 50 cent peice holes. yeah, bad news pretty much, if I was sitting down I was nodding hard, had freinds draggin me around by my feet to try and stimulate blood flow to the head, hilarious cause the hotel room was so small it was taking them to do laps with me being drug behind......

These combos turn any self controlled junkie into a large, stupid greedy pig, stumbling bumbling, cashed out crashed out..........

good for a occasional foray into somniferic ethers, but a BAD idea as a general regimine.

my father committed suicide strung out on quaaludes and wine. He was not a happy person, I think the daily quaaludes probably contributed to his anguish. He was dating a heroing addict at the time, so I sometimes wonder if he wasnt on all three.....alcohol, quaaludes and herion.

Damn that's harsh man, I'm sorry about your dad. Quaaludes are notorious for causing death when mixed with other CNS depressants and actually used to be a pretty popular way for people to kill themselves (didn't Keith Moon OD on Heminevrin?) and alot of people just took too much of the wrong combo on accident... an easy mistake to make with 'ludes. I am pretty sure all the ODs and illict use are why they went to schedual I.

hey kiddo it's great to read these things, and experiences. that is a lot of why i became part of the community. don't ever think of yhour posts as rambles, i enjoyed reading your description of how you felt, and was sincerely happy for how you felt, it makes me glad to know you were able to step into that world for a little bit and get away from the pain for a moment.

I do not want to post this because I can not advocate it. The formulary of this medication is not safe for injection, and i dont feel comfortable passing along something that would hurt anyone. I did it cause i was desperatee, and posted when I was not thinking straight.

I hope that this is respected, and I am sorry for the disappointing answer.

Mykitty, buddha,drools when he is happy. When ever i pet him, a river of spit flows from his face, sometimes actually dripping on me. Gross huh? But i love that fucking cat... he knows when i am in pain, and he will lay on my head and purrr... this is the best relief ever. yes, so what, im a freak. he wakes me upevery morning for his cuddle time. he does this by mushing his face into mine and licking my cheeks. heaven forbid i try to ignore it....

Wow, my cat Spencer does the same thing with the drooling, never knew cats drooled before. None of my other cats do that, just him when he gets all excited as I pet him.
