Please be patient with the newbie and his Dilly ?s

I did use the "Search" engine but couldn't find anything definitive.

Anyways, my pain doc gives me #100 10/325 Hydro every 25 days and has offered other meds in the past for breakthru pain such as Percodan and Dilaudid.

A few months ago, he scripted some #30 4mg Dilly's that I took orally and they didn't do much for me.

I'm sure if I asked him again, he would script them to me as he is pretty liberal with the pen and pad.

I might to try to get Oxycodones out of him, but I don't think he can call in refills like he does the Schedule III stuff like the Hydro, and I would have to visit (and pay) for a Dr. office visit every 25 days which isn't in the budget. ($150.00 a visit and no insurance!)

This way, I see him about 2x per year and he gives me an intitial script for #100 - 10/325 Hydros (And #30 10mg. Valium) and the Dr. will allow a refill up to 6x before I have to do another face to face.

I don't mind as he is really cool and a good doc, but the drive is hard as I have sciatica on my clutch pedal leg and it is 20 minutes each way, plus the cost of a visit now that I don't have insurance.

I'd maybe even ask for OxyContin's, but that might set of some red flags and I'm paying out of pocket as I was laid off recently so no insurance to pay for those expensive little angels.

So, since I don't IV and wouldn't even know how to IV the Dilly's since I don't know anyone in the "in crowd" and I don't have anyone to trade with either.
(Trading Dilly's for OxyContin's, or having someone show me the ropes on how to obtain needles and inject Dilly's)

BTW, I am NOT soliciting anyone to trade with or to show me how to self-inject.

Not that I wouldn't IV use on occassion, I just don't know who or how.

I'm thinking I should ask for more Dilly's, grind 'em up and snort a few.

If I knew someone who slams, I could probably trade for some Oxy's but I don't and I'm not into hanging around my local Methadone clinic hitting up people for trades, especially with an old warrant hanging over me.

I remember when I use to go there to dose, there would always be 5-0 in their black, hub capless Caprices waiting to nail some poor bastard on a warrant.

At least they would get him on the way out, after he dosed.

But making new friends at the Methadone Clinic parking lot which I haven't been to in nearly 8 years is a bit sketchy for me.

There is one dude who might still be a client there, but that's a long shot, like 1000-1 and he was so spaced, he probably wouldn't remember me anyways, even if by some miracle he was still a client there.

Plus, I don't want to get myself or anyone else into any trouble.

One rule about my Opiate use - I never did or will do harm to an innocent party.

Sorry for the long story, but back to my question: Am I better off snorting Dilly's, plugging them, or Sublingually using them?

Or even smoking them?

I wonder how many people needed trial and error on their side to figure this out? Do you think they assumed that they had dissolved only to lose them on their next movement? Do you think a placebo effect occurred because of this assumption?
How many of these people, do you think, then abandoned the idea of plugging for old faith full insufflation? Do you think it's possible that their shit really didn't stink?

I WISH I could pay $150.00 every 25 days..oh my god..that would be a godsend...even every 10....uh my god...Uncle Sam ya know.....pisses me off. Because of some peice of shit reading about drugs on a piece of paper...heroin is illigal...and therfore the price goes up by about 400%. I work almost 60 hours a week and most of it goes into the drug trade ......oh my god...i cant even think about it. What should I do? I really would not suggest going to your local clinic for reasons you just said and as nice is everyone is on opiophile I think we are the minority...most of those people dont even have internet access and would rob you blind in 2.2sec (I have no problem with the clients (in general) at m'done clinics) but at least around here ..the ones ive had experience with i would not trust

SWIM used to know a lady who got her oxy script mailed to her each month from her doctor. Maybe this is an option for you? And yes you are right, you must have a physical paper script to get a refill on oxy, no call ins.

That's what I was thinking too. Or you could just go in to the docs office to pick up the script without an office visit.

I guess I'll try both methods and see which works best.

It would seem that snorting them would work best with the options I have, but like I said, I'm not familiar with other methods of using other than swallowing a pill or swallowing liquid.

I'm due for a face to face visit with my Dr. to get a new script for my Schedule III's, so I'm going to hit him up for some Dilly's when I go as he scripted them in the past but swallowing them didn't do much for me.

I just want to make the most of them and as mentioned, I'm not familiar with slamming drugs nor do I know anyone in that scene so it's not an option for me.
