comming back from the east and the sickness started at about 7 am.shit I had to drive all the way
to east n.o to score why cant this mofo meet me up town. I mean I pay top dollar for this shit
but i cant complain steady is steady well holly f@@k traffi jam cant wait gotta go in the car
so i get the shit ready reach for my bottle of water that i keep in the car for times like this
slide up 30 units send it to the spoon and then the cotton.and bam warmth all over
a few hours later start getting a welp on my arm wtf it looks infected
few hours later in the car with my old lady shes smoking a cigarette grabs my bottle of water and spits in it I say what are you doing and she says ive been spittin in that bottle for a couple of days

Well, hero, how is the arm now? And although she may taste swell, her mouth is full of nasty little bugs that can give you a nasty infection when introduced into your system. I would watch that and go to the doc or ER if it gets worse.
Haven't you ever heard that a human bite can cause some serious problems? Same principal as injecting someone's spit. The human mouth is full of bacteria and although it is just spit, it has all the goodies that hide in your mouth.

Maybe get her a bottle to spit in and keep one set aside with clean water for injecting. Even water set aside for a few days can have lots of bacteria. I know it can be hard to wait until one gets home to use, but maybe bring an unopened bottle of water just for those occassions so that there is no more confusion. I know for some it is just extra trouble and doesn't seem worth it, but as long term use goes, you will thank yourself later.

Candy is right dude, also I suggest going to the pharmacy if there is one where you are and get sterile water, or to the market and get distilled H2O, or even boil the water...you can get nasties like parrotenitis...(Candy I don't knoww if I spelled that right)...or tetanus(lockjaw)...dude you will ruin your rush if they have to cut on you...:cool:

Glad to hear that and although you heat the water, it does not always kill everything off! Please understand that I was in no way trying to be sarcastic in anyway, it is just what I do for a living and being a former heroin addict myself, I am always looking out for my fellow junkies.
You can go to a pharmacy as someone said and get sterile water. Just remember to use clean water to rinse your rigs if you use them again and just before you use them to inject give them another rinse.

Anyhow, taking those small precautions will save you harm down the road and keep you from getting an infection.
I was given Hep C from a boyfriend who swore up and down he was clean and when we are sick sometimes all rational thinking goes straight to hell. My point being that if we are prepared before we use, we can always be sure we are staying safe. Hell and I am a nurse and because I thought this person would never do anything to harm me, I shared equipment with him being sick and just wanting some relief. I should of known better, huh?

Hey I've posted this somewhere else, but I can't find it and who cares, here we go:

Put the tar in the freezer, and go get some sleeping pills (tablets not gelcaps) and make sure they are ALL diphenhydramine (they are usually blue in color around here).

Come home, take your shit out of the freezer, crush it up (but don't let it fly off the plate that sucks) in one pile, and crush the blue pills in the other.

Now start mixing and when you think its pretty even, drop some water (not much) into the pile(s) and let it linger until it dries.

Now rechop, and hootey-fuckin-hoo!!! As for amounts, it is a little hit and miss, but think how much dope you want in a line, and how much shit you're willing to huff to get to it...

Be Careful! And since I posted this I have to put some harm redux in, so don't share straws and get tested for hep. Now go have fun.

Thats strange superman, the only tar I have ever seen is gooey and wont dry out for the LIFE OF ME!!

Its gets all over everything and is a bitch to work with. The only thing you can do with it (especially on a hot day) is throw it in the freezer and wait a couple of minutes.

Gee Set, not sure what to tell you regarding that one. I think it was Set who asked about snorting H. I myself have only had the experience with the gooey tar others have mentioned. Smoke, IV, IM, up your ass...Those are the only other ways one could administer tar that I know of and my preference was IV.

That is all I have ever seen in this part of the region. Maybe post in the Heroin forum and see if anyone has any other suggestions. I am not sure about mixing it with Diphenhydramine, but someone may have a good suggestion.

Especially with things like Hep C, so much was not known years back. Who would of known you could get it from straws. It has only been in the last 10 years or so that they are really learning about Hep C and it is now thought that more than half of all IV drug users are Hep C pos.
