Does Ranitidine acid reducer work....

...to potentiate Roxicodone. I was curious as swim had taken one for heartburn and thought there was an increase in euphoria from oxi that I had snorted earlier. I had done quite a few periodically thoughout the day and know I swallowed a bunch from the drip. Thanks for any info. :)

I think ranitidine does potentiate opioids a little bit, it does inhibit CYP3A4 and slightly inhibits CYP2D6, but it is nowhere near the potency of cimetidine. zantac is good for when you don't have/can't get any tagamet.
