Say if one was to take clonazepam (klonopin) on a regular basis and started taking tagamet and grapefruit juice and possible a prescription drug that has the same effect on the CYP450 enzyme system by inhibiting it so your body can absorb much more of the drug. I know klonopin has a high bioavailability so if anything the potentiators would make it hang around in your system longer than normal.

My main question regarding this if say you were taking it on a regular basic and using the potentiators everyday with the meds but say were only taking 1.5 to 2mgs a day would after like a week or few days
or however long that it might build up in the body so if a blood test was done that it might show that you were taking more than you really were like 4 or 5mgs a day because of the potentiators even though you were really only taking the prescribed dose of 2 mgs max a day.

Any help with this question would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:)

my uneducated guess would be no, the test would not show up that you were taking more kpins then that of what you actually were.

and if they have a high bio availability, i doubt that potenators would make a huge difference anyway.

who knows tho, i sure as fuck dont, but to each his own.
