If it doesnt get better within 12 -24 hours I would go to the ER, but for GODS SAKE dont tell them that you smoked a motha fuckin patch. Its all we need is for them to outlaw the gel in those badboys. Even though I know they are already coming out with the non-gel ones, FUCK!!!

From what I know, and all the threads I have ever read on the gel in those patches, there is no way to get it to a powder consistancy. Maybe if you had your own lab or something, but no everone is so lucky:mad:

Here is what you do. Take some iso alcohol and squirt some on the inside of your cheek and stick the patch in your mouth and suck on it for a bit. JK. DO NOT DO THIS. It would probably kill you unless you have a hell of an opiate tolerence and I don't think you do.

Like someone told you before, stick it on the palm of your hand or whereever you want really although, the palm would be ideal. Then just grab a heating pad and hold it on there for a bit, it does take a LONG time for fent patches to kick in but thats the safest way to do it and it will get you fucked up. Try not to fall asleep with the heating pad on but you most likely will anyways.

Smoking is the only decent buzz I ever got from them as well. Now would I would put the patches on and put a heating pad on it I would certainly get fucked up and pass out, couldn't stay awake actually but there seemed to be little or no euphoria at all. It was really an overall shitting feeling that I wouldn't even say was an opiate if I didn't know the patch was on my arm.

Fent is wierd stuff. I can get a real nize buzz from wearing them if I put a hot pad on the patch for awhile so it releases fast. But if I try to smoke it, or put some in my mouth all that happens is I feel sick :vomit2:and I notice my breathing is way slowed down which freaked me out the first time. I did find it was great for my chronic pain and to keep me from gettin cravings but after awhile it seemed to build up in my system and make me feel sort of ill or toxic. I mean it's completly synthetic crap and wasent meant for long term use so it makes sense. I'm praying for the Dilaudid extended release to come back that would be way better than fent :).
