kadian iv use

so after taking 2x200mg kadian twice a day i decided to finally start shooting 400mg at a time these little beads of short heaven is the rush from iv morphine short lived thats how it is for me but the high afterwards is defianately worth it. just wondering other peoples experience.

on a side note every time after i register in the vein and shoot the second the rush starts i break out in hives around the injection site what can cause this?

tho it wasn't the most convenient thing (busting up the balls) kadian was nice.......shit hit histamine hard tho, the only time *dirty* has ever connected to morphine in my mind.

always found the difference between ms contin and kadian unreal....like if i didn't know better, i'd think they were 2 different drugs.

either way, i loved morphine....my #2.

Usually I only get those hives when I either miss a lil bit,I don't have the best vein I coulda picked because I rushed,but mostly I notice that it comes when you are close to the wrist area or hand area.
Mostly is I get a big fat vein which is rare for me to hit,this happens.I had blood drawn last week and the nurse said "I've been here 10 years and never seen a person with veins where you can draw blood out in the syrnge but can't push it in.
Actually I was having a CT Scan and she couldn't push the solution in,but after I wqent downstairs for blood tests and they showed me a great vein that they could easily find and showed me exactly the path on my arm this vein takes.Now I use it all the time.
I also noyice that when I get these hives that last a short few minutes I don't get as good a rush.Not nearly as good as I do now that this nurse showed me this awesome vein
