ok i got a couple 5 mg patches and ive been smokin them but i notice that its really really killin my lungs
i cant breath all the way in and it is painfull is there a better way of using this i have the gel scrapped off of all the patches already
im really curiouse to know if theres a simple way of just extracting the fent out of the glycerin

I would advise you to just use the patch on the palms of your hands (high concentration of sweat glands and pores) with a heat pad on it, although there is alot of information on extracting the Fentanyl out of the patches already posted on this site... you should be able to find all the information you need using the search engine.

If the gell is already taken out of the patches, then you have only 3 choices

2. smoke it

3. or eat it

It's not healthy to smoke/shoot fantanyl patches regularily. if you're going to smoke them, dry them out with moving air, but without heat. I've posted how to do this in detail.

I keep fentanyl as a very infrequent treat due to the potential risk of shooting that strange gelling compound.

given regular access i would try to use no more than 1 100mcg patch every other month and i'd slam it.
