This may have been previously posted, I don't know.

I wasn't aware of the law, I just used exchanges as needed.

Cali folks, check it out.

Thanks: I didn't know that, and I guess it's at least a "hopeful" sign...I clicked on the map, to see what was shaking down in my area, and u are about as far south as there is: nothing in San Diego or Orange County....and even L.A. it was just a couple small areas, in the main city and west...

And I guess its still up to pharmacist whether they want to or not...maybe not...I wish they'd have designated areas where the dope pushers had to sell real powdered heroin, rather than tar, and a map for that haha

Anyway, good thread for us cali boys....

I haven't even tried the pharmacies as of yet. I am OK with equipment at the moment.

But yea, sucks nothing south of here.

I just got off the phone with Walgreens and was told I can be sold a pack of 10 of whatever size I wanted with ID.

After all this time...

Be aware though...

They will still arrest your ass for pins.

It happened to me in November (here in Cali). The case was thrown out but I still spent almost 5 days in county. Not a fucken nice place let me tell you.

Some cops just don't give a fuck about your 'rights' as we all well know so don't get complacent please... This goddam country is getting like a fucken airport.

Oh but of course. To not be arrested would be too perfect.

I have no illusions.

Kind of fucked up, they are legal to sell but not to possess? So what stops a "drug warrior" pharmacist from copying the details of your ID and dropping a dime to law enforcement?

For protection avoid carrying rigs period, if you must carry rigs carry only clean ones. Also I heard insulin is OTC in some states, true? It might be a good idea to have a vial of insulin on you or in your vehicle to prove you're a diabetic, maybe someone on here with some photoshop skills could make a template for a diabetic card? I've heard some places hand them out to avoid diabetics being harassed for carrying rigs.

Not much to add, except 400 POSTS!!! ;)

Nah though, we really need them legal everywhere. Its harm reduction for christ's sake. Not harbouring.

I always got a "story" when I have a rig, but down here, I just carry my needle xchange card and tell them I was on the way, or on the way back, and that's allowed...if it's wrong night, I just made a mistake...but I also tell them--or am ready to tell them--that I use'em for hepC treatment: interferon also allows syringes...just make sure they aren't wrapped in a bandana w/a spoon and cotton...junkies sometimes can be nasty little packrats w/this shit, even when we could fix at home...which is best policy...just do the same as when driving with dope: "don't go to fast, and stop at stop signs!" :)
