Make your posts and/or questions as intelligible as possible. If English is your native language then do your best to use punctuation and well structured sentences.
Please give your new thread a relevant topic subject. Threads entitled "Please Help" or "Hey" are sure to be either ignored and eventually deleted.
Do not hijack someone else's thread. Find an appropriate place to start a thread of your own.
Pay attention to where you're posting. Posting a thread about Morphine in the Buprenorphine forum means your post will most likely either be deleted or simply moved without a redirect. More work for us - more work for you.
Use the forum search functionality. Most basic questions have been asked and answered already and it's very likely you can save yourself some face by taking the time to look around before posting. Our search queries full text - not just keywords.
If you don't know the answer to a posted question or problem and/or have nothing intelligent or helpful to contribute - don't.
Do not contact forum staff by Private Message to ask questions that belong on the board.
Don't try to build your post count by replying to every comment in a thread. Nobody likes that shit and we're hip to what you're doing anyway.
Use font colors only when necessary. Colors that match perfectly on the forum theme you're using now may not work out for someone else using another theme.
Typing in all caps is considered yelling. Yelling belongs on some other board.
Your foul and dirty language is welcome here, but not when directed at another member. Keep that fucking foul mouth of yours at bay when necessary.
Be nice to those new to the board. If you happen to be someone new to the board, be nice to yourself. Also, be nice to everyone else. Just be nice.
If in doubt, check out the forum rules (http://forum.opiophile.org/showthread.php?p=146) or PM a mod or admin before posting something questionable.

Sorry, bi11i, to re-open (and then close again), this old thread, but given all the lunacy on the board lately, and especially some of the thread "titles", i though it needed to be re-addressed. Bump.
