hi,
SWIM is on oxy right now and would like to know if taking tylenol 3s would increase or decrease the pleasant effects. I ask this because I feel the caffeine in the T3s would negate the amount of codeine in the pills. assume i have had no tylenol in my system from the oxy.

thanks in advance for any advice.

Unless you're in another country that i don't know the formulation for, tylenol #3 does not have any caffeine in it. It would definitely help make things a bit more potent with the oxy.

T3's do not contain any caffeine in the United States. However, they do contain caffeine in Canada, and may also in other countries as well.
