OK just so ya know, if you let's say just used pod's or tea from pods, that will show in the standard UA (urinary analysis) as morph and will be a big positive for drugs....BUT some of the new tests willl see it as "poppy" the big brewhaha with the lady Dr. that got popped for morph when she had had some poppy muffins that morning; she (and her hubby Dr.) fought it and had it wiped out; she WON.
Now what happened is the GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) is the monster that can see all and tell all, so if you pop positive for drugs it's then sent to the GS/MS *IF* the company that is paying for the test WANTS IT TO BE, some just say if you tested for drugs, you tested for drugs....you don't get the job, of course they never tell you you tested positive, saves them money. The ones that do send the screens to the GC/MS then get back EVERYTHING that's in your pee and in exact amounts!! And don't think they don't know about pod tea or seed tea. So back to the thing, the GC/MS could tell that the good Dr. had had just WHOLE poppy seeds, where it can also tell if you have had PODS!!! Pods have a different "make up" data then the seeds and also what matters the most is the levels of the substance, if you are using, you can't make them believe you just had a poppy seed bagel, aint gonna work.
What used to not be part of a standard test was looking for Hydro or Oxy (vikes or OC's) which now IS standard on most tests, you can't tell them you have a Rx for OC's when you really do, but you've been using pods, you see you'll pop for morph AND Oxy. They'll say OK about the OC's but what about the Morphine in your system......? eh.....? Fucked.
So what I've been doing is researching for my own up coming UA, w/ the help of a computer and a little help from an old friend in NY, he runs a lab, and no he can't help you, (me either) he's not going to jail and leaving his family just because you fucked up and smoked some weed when you KNEW in two days you had your probation report hearing, stupid fucker.....you know who you are.
Anyhoo, it's a lose lose situation, if you have the time and the willing to detox DO IT, if not one of the hidden bladder bags w/ clean urine could help, depending on what situation your in, some places use two way mirrors, so you think no one is watching, look for it in what you sign before you go in. And remember they don't have to always tell you, are you going in voluntarily......? And if it's for legal issues they can pat you down, (feeling the bladder bag) on top of someone standing there looking at your stuff as you go, been in the service??? You know then. Got a lady in front of you looking at you through a window and a guy on your side trying not to be to obvious about it.
I would of course rather not take one at all, as I do believe they are invasive, but I really want the J.O.B.
