Oh, most definately Oxycontin. Been on it for over 8 years now. I try and I try to quit...but to no avail. Not that I am bitching or anything;)

I don't know exactly how much I've spent, but I do know that I could be driving a new car and enjoying many other nice things money can offer.....and that sux!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could afford to sell you my MS Contin stash, VM. I hate to even tease you with the mention of it, but I assure you, if at any point I have some kind of opiate that I can't or won't use, you'll be right up there at the top of my list of people to offer it to for sale or trade. Since the oxycodone I now take blocks it at the receptors, I have made morphine and opium my end-of-the-month buffer meds which I can take separately, not simultaneously, from the oxy. I can't afford to part with :( any time soon though, because I don't know what the future will bring and I can't afford to give up a single bit of my savings for fear of dark times to come.....

most of the time it has been anything i could get my hands on. for a long time it was booze, valium, ambien, trazodone, etc...then i discovered the wonderful world of weed, now i have passed on to opiates in any form that comes along. i had a good time drinking codiene caugh syrup when i could get it, then vicodin, oxycontin, empacod, tramadol and now pods.

i rely on the trams the most cause they are easy to get - about two years now, i have a place that sells 180 for $99, and i go thru a bottle a month. i couldn't even calculate how much i've spent -

i think if it this way, others spend it on cigs, clothes, fancy food, cars, going out to clubs etc...mine is just a little more disposable than other things, but the value i get for the money is worth it. right now i'm high as hell.

Well... Oxycontin. For about 3 years now.
What have I spent? Well.. early on it was about $200 per month (had a good source in addition to my legit scripts). Now... and hope your sitting down... the most I spend per month on my oxy is $40 and that is for a good supply of 80mg and a months worth of 40mg - all for $40.. but who knows how long that will last. If I could just start stashing away my extras liek I always tell myself I will... pfft like thats ever gonna happen.


But man.. looking at some of those financials in the earlier posts of this thread just makes my jaw drop hard! I cant even imagine spending around over $700 per month - let alone $30,000!! OMFG!

ZKThat makes me feel a bit better, ZK. 20 large per annum is a nice habit, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. My toughest year I was doing a gm a day at 90 bucks a pop (I was getting ripped off for a while at 120). You can do the math. Early on in my career I kept pretty good track of expenses (for tax purposes?), but after they hit 100 thou that seemed kinda pointless.

I haven't and won't calculate the costs, but I do know my last 3 months of using daily I spent $5k or more... fucking insane but it was the combo I was using (toss in a little coke) and all the sides... that's not even counting lost work time (which I didn't count above)... thanks for reminding me I'd almost forgotten the bs I went through (seriously!). I feel for all my bros and sis livin in the trenches now... damn.

Percs or Oxy. I haven't spent much because I had free access up until a month ago. I'm just experiencing the madness of purchasing pills. I'd say I've spent about $500 so far. Not a lot but a helluva lot when you make $800 a month. All of my contacts have dropped off the face of the earth. I don't know if they are in jail, dead or dropped out of the game but it's freaking me out because I don't know anyone else. :(

My old H dealer hooked me up with 3 g's for 80$ (black tar) I had no idea how good I had it. Now I am at the mercy of others and some have taken advantage of little ol me. Hell, its the name of the game. If you were using that long for free, consider yourself lucky.

I have never met anyone that has been using the same dealer for their whole span of their habit. Dealers come and go, but us users just stay and get fucked and more fucked.

It seems that what you are recounting here, matey, is indeed a 'history of madness'. Makes my £10 a week on codeine pills look kinda pathetic.

1. I was 16 now 23(24 in x number of days).
2. I was experimenting with everything. I stopped when I found opiates though I probably didnt know thats what they were called at the time. No pressure, no pain, no depression, pure indulgence and curiousity. Which has yet to kill this cat.
3. I got eight 80's, for free, the first time I ever did them. A group of friends the night before aquired them and didnt know what they were. So with no tolerance or prior experience whatsoever they each ate two 80's. They were all sick for days. Hives on their faces couldn't wake up, nauetius(sp?) etc.. So they gave me the leftovers. I learned from the follies of others as I so often do and cut each pill linto quarters. The first night I distinctly remember sleep being hard to find and the pursuit of it was uncomfortable. Not pleasant, but I still had all these pieces and was determined because other than not sleeping I liked it. So I began eating twenties before school everyday until I left school one month into senior year (long story). Thus began my very own never-ending journey....at least it seems that way.
4. Cant remember but it was probably alcohol or weed or Nitrous which probably is more of a gas than a drug but anyway I was too young to remember. If it was alcohol it was probably Jagrmeister(nasty shit cant drink it anymore) I had a weird affinity for the deer head on the bottle when I was young and if it was weed Im sure it had hair and dirt and oregano and god knows what else in it.

2.) I started because I lived in the hills and that is what we did for fun.

3.) The first high on my DOC was a life altering few hours and I felt like I had found what had been missing. Like I was complete. The emptiness went away as did the shyness. ( course we all know how that comes back to bite ya)

4.) The first drug I ever did was weed. I remeber sitting in a soybean field watching cars go down the road looked at my freinds and said with all seriousness " You know that car has to go all the way around the world before it can come back this way" Yeah I was fucked up.

I've been using Opiates for just over 20 years, starting with the normal stuff. Moved on to IV about ~15 years ago with H, M and Ds. I prefer H, but I've been scripted M for the last few years. I also take Oxycodone on a daily; for the last ~7 years. I've had most standard opiates from Opium (not red rock either) to fent. Heck, there is no way I could pick an overall favorite.. Maybe a shot of H and D together, followed by railing some Oxy, then a big shot of M for the ride home.. Sounds like a plan!

..and thats only mentioning opiates. Gotta give some props to LSD, DMT, PCP, Mesc, THC (love those nuggs), Coke, Benzos (love and miss you so roofie), Milltowns, Soma, K, X, Hell even a fine single malt scotch will get me happy! I'm not real picky. :D

Well, my story here sums up a few questions. I have a family member who gets sched. III scripts regularly... and would leave them around the house. So a few years ago I decided WTF and took a few. Back then, I guess the high didn't impress me; I smoked weed twice a day then. But about a year ago I had to get major life changing surgery- that required all sorts of opiates to get me through!! after spending 4 days getting shot up full of dilaudid every 4 hours, I was hooked. I haven't had a clean month since.

The dilaudid high was the most intense thing I ever experienced. These days all I get is codeine, but would jump at the chance for anything else. Which sucks. Sometimes I wish I was never given these meds at all.

I am ashamed to say this; If I enter a house that has a prescription bottle with a Schedule on it, I leave the house high or with a full pocket. Like I said, Sometimes I wish I had never been exposed to this at all. Drugs can make you a rotten stealer.

I first tried my DOC in a 'flop house,' I guess you could say, 10 years ago. I think I was a junky long before it started, which is a hard thing to describe. I really started pills for chronic pain at 15y.o. (prescribed), from deep eye surgery (which to this day still causes much pain). But being crazy (and mucho depression) drove me down the path.

My first high was the hit I had been searching for, for a long time (so it seemed at the time). I went straght from popping hydro to shooting the big D; didn't really know there was in-between. Well, I had snorted a few piles of percs and maybe a couple of tylenol4 or something, but for the most part, it was a direct shot (no pun intended). But I should add that I had a very bad hydro habit that wasn't working anymore.

My first drug was pot, unless you count alcohol, and then it was my first.

i don't smoke weed much anymore, i've lost all my secondary hook ups but about a month ago my friend came over and i got mixed opiates and mj for the first time, you are right for me it really gave me a numb feeling stronger than i would have had from the oxy's alone. my buddy takes methadone and mokes dope during the day - he says he can stay on his feet all day and not feel it (waiter/bartender) helps keep him going while at work.

i started smoking pot @ 12yrs, drinking earlier.

E, meth, coke, dope and ketmine constitute my greatest expenditures so i'll inlcude only them.
Drug of choice: ketamine. close second: heroin

by 16 i was in possession of 100's of E's almost always, they funded a ketamine habit, 1oz every other week. this went on for about 8 months so.... that's $13 000 on ketamine
I've definately eaten more than 1000 e's. say avg. $8/each = $8 000
methamphetamine was my fav. when i was 18-19. total maybe $5 000
pharma dope: in the last 3 yrs i would say i have used 50% of the time. while using spending about $700/month avg so... 18x700= $12 000
cocaine: luckily most of the coke i have done has been given to me by friends who feel the need to drop massive bricks on my table to share. I've spent maybe $5 000
so then the total is: =$43 000

I started using drugs because i was intrigued by the idea of altering my consciousness. i then proceeded to try every single pharmacologically active compound i could get my hands on

My first high was intense, 12yrs old, did 6 bottle tokes of hash, fucking obliviated me and i loved it.

first high on drug of choice was even more intense. the top notch, freshly imported ketamine was an awesome high right from the start. K really grabbed me by the nuts, i used all day every day, with one or two anaesthetic doses each day. these would usually be around 300-500mg. on occasion i would get together with one friend and do a few G's at a time. kind of a competition to see who can snort the most. it took a long time to get used to not snorting some powder each night that sends me to a place where subjectively i live for 1000s of years. every night it was like i went on the longest vacation, each time emerging to feel so relieved to have escaped with my life, and barely grasping knowledge about the inner workings of the universe....

smack is good too, flat out euphoria, but it just doesn't compare to the eons i've spent in the ketaverse

first tried oxy at 16, had a virtually unlimited hookup for me at the time, all i need was 20mg to be high most of the day taken orally..and i was being given a 40mg oc daily so i was good to go for a while...so i stocked up, was takig only a half forever, months everyday no break ever, then one day i had a migraine and was like blacking out and said "i bet i can snort these" (i was naive to OCs, noone in my school did them really i knew, just piles of yay)...so i crushed up two 40's (awesome idea) and snorted...then i watched some stupid standup comic...for about 6 minutes before becoming so blissful that i just layed there enjoying myself..then i set up stuff with my guy to get more OCs, so now i had 40-50 coming in a week, except i was supposed to sell them...of course i just payed for most of them and did them...well anyways im ranting so a year or so goes by, i have yet to take a break, then i run out...i'm naive and have no idea w/d even exists...haha worst feeling ever sets in but anyways im hooked...then i continue this pattern pick up a bunch of dealers and tolerance builds so i start doing H when i'm 19....snorted at first, quality was good....i was never needle shy or anythin so i started slamming as soon as i couldn't afford my daily supply...it was great, but the biggest double edged sword ever so to speak...first 'drug' ever was nitrous...i don't like weed anymore, never liked to drink..coke is ok at real high purity, meth is alright....opiates have lost their magic with me sadly somehow. i used to do them everynight with the long time girlfriend who i still love to this day and left me because of being unable to tolerate my habits any longer...life is too dull without, i miss being a junky. life is simplified. i think i'm goign to kill myself..i dunno what im talking about but im certainly ranting..later

as much as it pains me to say this my drug of choice is not an opaite, mine is LSD, first time I tried it I was 12-13 I think, and in 6th grade..I was with a buddy of mine and is 18 year old brother was heavly into drugs. We were at his house with his freinds and asked if we wanted some LSD, and I did it just to fit in with the older crowd. WOW is all i can say, even being that young I still remeber parts of my first trip, I can say it changed my life and started opening my mind at an early age. Well guess who has been clean for 2 days, me!! :) and this time it's by choice, (well, when you can do an unlimited amount of 80mg ocs, and not feel a thing or euphoria, I think my time with oc is up) except I'm freezing my ass off and it's hot outside today. I've finally decided that I'm getting too old for this stuff and I'd rather buy other things than drugs all the time and I want to feel like myself again. I'm acutally not feeling too bad right now, usually I feel like I'm dying. But hopefully my methadone deal will come through today. I have a question though, how long does it take for methadone to clear out of the system, I have tp take a drug test next week (for my job)? And does methadone really help or am I going to feel like shit when I'm off of them?

Long story. Not exactly by choice, I felt like people were throughing them at me, so I started doing them and thought I'd only doing them sometimes. But the day after I brought my first one, I brought again, and again. Till I couldn't stop and here I am 2 years later still doing them.

GREAT. I felt like I could fly and I felt like a "kid" again.

I smoked weed a couple of times before I got right on oc. Before them, I was always really like straight laced, didn't smoke, didn't drink much. Then boom, I started doing oxys, then every drug out there.:(

Overall favorite would be mescaline, but it's too damn rare and too damn expensive.

Least favorite would be cocaine. I'm fat, lazy, and crippled. Why the fuck would I want to be hyper?

Best damn thing ever is that thing they put in your IV right before the general anastetic sets in. I swear I'd give my soul for some of that bliss in my viens every night.

When I had general anaesthesia before an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy I made sure to ask what they were dosing me with, they said fentanyl, and various benzos. Well, I can say it was definitely bliss right before I conked out, I still felt damn good when I woke up too. I believe the benzo triazolam usually under the brand name of Halcion is common for anaesthesia. People love the stuff, but it is generally pretty damn rare. Comes in .25mg pills most commonly, supposedly is very euphoric compared to other benzos (which are anything but euphoric imo). Of course, fentanyl couldn't have hurt either =D


My DOC though is hard to pinpoint exactly, I just love my opiates, all shapes and sizes.

ive been on perc & lorcet for 10 years, just recently 75mg fent patch and awaitng to try pod tea for the 1st time in just a few weeks(soon as i learn a bit more) perc being my alltime favorite... oh also suboxone, which after i try pods, ima get back on the suboxone treatment once and 4 all:)

I'm over here at this thread because I got distressed seeing exitwound say oxy causes morphine to be wasted if both ingested together. First I'd ever heard of that?! As long as a substance isn't at all an antagonist (like dextromethorphan/otc cough syrup ingrdient or meperidine/demerol or pentazocine/talwin are) then they shouldn't interfere, but potentiate other opiates and opoids - or at least that is what I always thought. So I went and searched the forums for oxy blocks morph - and got only two hits - the original one of exitwound's and the one on this thread. Anyhow - maybe I'll pm him for where he get's that info/belief - but I thought I'd chime in and say that unequivocally, the best highs for me are heroin and/or opium, and thc products like hash of ultra cultivated and cured buds. Combining the two is obviously what mankind was meant to do to be happy healthy and wise - or something - all semi-synthetics/opoids are pretty cool - all full synthetics are good for only one thing - staving off times of no money/no dope sickness!

Psychedelics are my favorite, because you can learn things from them and they are just a truly special kind of drug.

However, I have taken a bit of a break from the psychedelic scene and opiates are my favorite to use recreationally. Heroin being at the top of the list, followed by Oxy and Dilaudid.
