Duragesic IV process & warning

Warning: Fentanyl Citrate (active ingredient in Duragesic patches) is an extremely potent and RAPID-acting opioid...It must used with greater caution than just about every other opioids (Unless you can get some etorphine or sufentatinil, and if you do, you'll likely kill yourself trying to get off.)


The Duragesic patches' gel can be extracted from that patch for IV use with vinegar/saline as solvent.

Cut a tiny cut on one of the corners of the patch. Carefully place the open end of the patch over your cooker/spoon. Use an ID card or something similar to scrape or 'shift' the gel contents from inside the patch to outside the patch, onto the cooker. Use as much "fluid" to cook up as you would normally. However, first shoot 2 parts vinegar over the gel and then 1 part saline (or clean water)...the vinegar should slowly dissolve the Duragesic gel, and stir it up with the remaining water and the solution will become more and more uniform and 'liquid' ....cook it gently for a few seconds, perhaps add a tiny bit more water (or vinegar if teh gel doesnt seem to be fully dissolved) and then its good to go. When you push off, do so slowly as it is a very rapid acting opioid and its EXTREMELY easy to instantaneously lose consciousness...(SERIOUS folks, I have what I would consider a large tolerance, I could make a glass of pod tea from about 14 gigantheum and barely feel it, and about the same for OC 80s...but with fentanyl citrate from Duragesic I have BLACKED OUT from doing a filter rinse!!! BE CAREFUL unless you honestly don't want to inhale another breath...)

you got a lot of balls to post this lol. ive known people that have died with the syringe still in their arm with a tourniquet on because of fent od. Its nothing to fuck around with. if you where to do this i would cut the patch into a bunch of small squares, and when u need a fix just put the entire thing in the spoon and prepare as necessary. i think it would be extremely dangerous for anyone INCLUDING a professional, because the dosages are so minute the smallest dose can still prove to be fatal.

i personally have never slammed any fent. im good with that. the needle exchange nearby gives away free noloxone. Perhaps anyone wanting to try this should get a vial of that first.... oh that and a spotter, so WHEN you OD, you have a fair chance of survival.

Forget about the dangers of IV'ing super potent opaites, such as Fentanyl, there is no way I would want to even think about preparing the gel from those patches for IV use... no fucking way. I wouldn't even suggest eating it.

fentanyl was actually the first drug i ever IV'd. i just diluted the gel with water and slammed away, however i am pretty sure that the gel puts a heavy load on your liver and repeatedly injecting it will cause serious health problems. i read about one case where the guy almost died from liver failure.

Didn't work for me and I shot up twice but I don't know if I was using enough vinegar. About how many units did the ones who've tried use?
