Is it possible to be immune to morphine's effects? Normally when the body can't metabolize something because they lack the specific enzyme for it that means they are allergic to it, like being lactose intolerant and then drinking milk or something.

I've messed around with morphine a number of times and never gotten high off it. I have never successfully IV'd it, but I have plugged upwards of 150mg when my tolerance was only moderate and I haven't got high. I've also done a couple combinations of plugging and snorting, and all of these attempts usually involved different kinds of pills and both IR and ER. I always made sure I was clean and let it sit for 5 minutes until it was all absorbed. What gives?

have you ever eaten like 100-200mg of it? Just, ya know, to make sure you aren't messing up.

I don't think I've ever heard of that. Have you tried snorting it? Usually about 60 mg does me a world of good.

I've never solely eaten that much, but I have popped a 60mg ER along with snorting 5-6 15mg IRs... So 60mg swallowed, 75-90mg snorted.

strange....strange indeed. I'd check to make sure you aren't some sort of mutant or cyborg or some shit.

From what I know I'm not :(

Next time I can get some morphine and figure out how to get the right type of needle I'll try IVing and if that doesn't work I'm giving up on morphine forever.

MAybe you're expecting too much from it. It's not the strongest rushiest high.

I think besides OCs, morphine is my favorite. How strange that you don't get anything from it. It's definitely not a huge rush or anything, I think it's extremely pleasant because of how mellow the onset is. Maybe try getting a new mu.

You never know until you're tested...

Morphine doesn't require any metabolism to be active, if anything you might have too fast of a metabolism, but if you couldn't metabolise morphine you'd be incredibly sensitive to it.
