How to properly prep Morphine ER

I know there are threads on prepping the ER's but none that I've tried have gotten rid of the filler which to me would be the whole point, or should I say they were missing a step or two.

I know someone who has been shooting a few of these recently:rolleyes:. He has been using the Avinzas. He puts the beads inside of a folded dollar bill with the ends folded as well so they don't fall out. Then he uses his spoon to crush the beads in the dollar.

When the beads are a fine powder he puts the powder ina spoon and mixes with warm water to get the most morphine out of the powder as possible.

Use a cotton to do the normal filtering. Now here is the important part/ and the hard part. Don't do the shot.

He lets it sit in a pant pocket of pants hanging in his closet so that the needle end is facing up. After two- three hours the solution should have seperated in the syringe. Some will be at the bottom and some will be on one side of the syringe.

He then uses a medicine cup (like the type that come with cough medicines) instead of a spoon. This is because he keeps the needle in as much of an upright position as possible when he puts the solution into the medicine cup.

Make sure to push the plunger slowly when transfering to the cup. You should notice almost all of the filler moving towards the bottom of the syringe. When he gets to the filler he then ejects the rest into the sink. He loses a little of the solution but almost ALL of the filler.

For anyone who has shot morphine IR's you will notice the solution is now clear instead of the normal nasty milky look. If you can't wait at least prep your next shot. This can save your lungs from lots of horrible pill filler/binder/wax.

Hope this helps some of you guys out there. Also consider this could work with other pills too.

I've found that instead of crushing the beads out of the spoon it's much easier to just put the beads into a spoon. Then add ur water enough to cover the beads just enough. Then crush with end of plunger. The water keeps the beads from flying out. And it's less powder ull lose when transferring. But I like the rest of the way u get the cloudy shit out. I never wanted to lose even 1mg of morphine so i shot the nasty powder shit and everything.

Yeh but you lose very little and I really don't notice a difference in the rush or the high. In the long run I think its worth it. I know its a sacrifice but I have suffered the effects of shooting fillers and its not good.

Great advice Seven. The only thing I would suggest is to not use a Dollar bill to crush the beads in, as this sounds very dirty considering what has been found on money. Its possible the bacteria/virus's present on the bills might even be worse then the fillers.

May I suggest a wheel filter or micron filter? Also I stickied some links above that have several different techniques for shooting Avinza and other forms of Morphine, check them out.

I tried shooting an Endo ER last week. BIG MISTAKE....

I had searched the forums and there was no information about shooting this brand...probably for a reason. But I went and tried it anyways, the entire pill turned into a heaping jelly like glob on my spoon right before my eyes, I tried drawing something up the rig through the cotton and drew bubbles and a bit of water, I still shot it, it hurt and I didn;t feel a damn thing, so I ate the goops..FUCK MORPHINE ER, never get ENDO brand

I definitely agree with the suggestions for avoiding contamination by using a pill crusher instead of a bill and a wheel filter instead of cotton.

Also, instead of squirting the bit of solution with the fillers down the sink, why not just swallow it? Sure, the oral bioavailability of morphine is low, and there's only going to be a few milligrams in the solution, but just wasting it is, well, wasting it. Even better, collect all of the leftover solution and put it into an airtight container in a cool, dark place -- or even the fridge. Over time you'll collect enough morphine (in filler) to come in handy when you run out of opioids. Just swallow the solution.

I use a BK straw to to crush beads, Fold in half and dump beads in and bite if you still have teeth or a pair of pliars works, lose almost nothing and can rinse your fill water through the straw.

Up until recently I had thought that Avinzas were pretty much worthless unless plugged or chuted until I tried a similar method.Even crisping didn't impress me much.I guess the key is to prepare the goods in advance so that it will be ready for use when needed.
Seven,have you come up with a method for making this snortable? I have read of people snorting ground up Avinzas and say it's like "snorting glass". Do you think that by doing a similar prep and then letting the solution evaporate would yield a decent end product?

Snorting morphine is a terrible waste. Its bioavailability is extremely low, even compared to the (already extremely low) oral bioavailability.

I have a dumb amount of experience fixing all sorts of pills and I am sure that my prep methods are as safe as you can get with the exception of using a wheel filter.

A must have for doing certain pills is an oral syringe. The prep time for most pills is under a minute or two and I always get a clear, particle free solution, with the exception of some dyes, which are used in the Endos. Use sanitary shit...Remember to alcohol swab your spoons and use clean rigs. You know the deal. Also, keep in mind that the pills you are shooting have been through various peoples hands so them shits are laden with bacteria, although I know that that is not stopping anyone, so I will carry on...

Also, A large, pre-moistened cotton ball is essential. I either affix it to the tip of my syringe before I get to boiling or have it off to the side if I am using an oral syringe to draw up with.

Endos...Place the pill, whole in a spoon. Add 100 mils of water. Apply heat until you get a slow boil...

Using the plunger of your rig "pop" the pill...It will dissolve or "melt" into the water. Toss in your cotton ball and use the oral syringe to draw up your solution or...draw up with your rig, having a cotton ball pre-affixed to the needle before you start your boil. At this point the solution should be as clear as can be, but for safety purposes I always double filter...You can use this method for the...

If I had a choice between any M pill to do...I would take a Kadian before anything else, because when prepped right, Kadians are fire.

You need an oral syringe for this or I prefer, A 100 unit TB needle without the needle on it. You also need a small funnel, which I used to make out of a small Post-It note.

Use a pill crusher to pulverize the beads...To a fine dust. Funnel all of the resulting powder into the back of the oral syringe while you have a finger covering the open end. Add a 100 units of cold water and shake vigorously for about 30seconds. Gently squirt the resulting solution into a spoon. Most of the wax from the beads should be caught in the end of the oral rig. After this is completed, run the solution that you pushed into the spoon through a tightly rolled pre-moistened cotton ball a few times. Once you have done that you should have perfectly clear, particulate free solution that you can do.

EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT AN I.V. USER YOU CAN USE THIS METHOD FOR PLUGGING OR WET RAILING. IT SHOULD GREATLY UP THE B/A OF THE MORPH BY REDUCING ALL OF THE FILLERS AND JUNK IN THESE PILLS.

I really hope that this helps people out and improves the safety of their shooting regimen.

avinzas i crush, and then add cold water, mix a little, then draw it up! done deal next to nothing in the wash, and the shot is perfectly clear. at first it may not work out perfect, if the shot is couldy, squirt it back int he spoon and let it sit for a while. also, whic it's sitting have it tipped ahead as far as possible, then before drawing it up, gently tip the spoon all the way back and keep it there by setting the spoon on a pack of smokes or something.


I just tried crisping these PF 100mg's and it worked great. I simply crush, the torched the sppon with a propane torch. it smokes and stinks, and the powder DARKENED but DIDN'T GO BLACK. I added cold water and mixed/crushed a bit more, then drew it up with no heat, no gel and no problem, yay!


Also, if you try and cook a geller old school it CAN be boiled to dryness and crisped and still work! double yay!


So, as of today there are NO pills that i am unable to shoot, and that is awesome! triple yay!
