So, I was hanging out with my friend the other day, and had mentioned that I wanted to try Opana. And he just kind of looked at me for a minute and was like, "well shit man, let me call up this chick real quick."


..So, twenty minutes pass by, and she shows up. And she's like "yeah man, 5$ for the 10mg IR's." So I'm like "HOLY SHIT!" and I ended up buying like 20 of 'em, lol. Because of all of the prices I hear about on here, I was like "this is a damn good deal." And ever since then, it's been a love affair. I haven't shot 'em yet, but just sniffing them, it's amazing. IMO/IME, just so good. And it's easy on the sinus' too. I've plugged 'em too, and it's definitely the best ROA, besides the needle.

So, anybody else got a sweet connect for these things?

As of right now, I don't believe IV'ing the ER's is possible. I know there is a sticky on the IR. Somebody here with some more insight on the subject and they can help you out.

Never had the pleasure of trying the IR's, but I usually get the 40mg ER's. Without a doubt, Opana is my DOC. Ive been on a long run with the 40s, for 40 bucks each, which isnt really a great deal, but MUCH better than the Oxycodone prices around here. My guy ran out of the 40s so im stuck with a few of the 20s tonight. :(

From the way I understood it, really the only other ROA for the ER'S, is just sniffing them. Because they gel up so quickly/badly. I mean, I'm sure you COULD plug them, you'd probably just have to use a lot more water? If that makes sense. And I don't think anyone has found a way around the time release for the ER'S, to be able to IV them yet.

...But, I could, and quite possibly am probably wrong. Lol.

My husband just got switched back to Opana and he gave me one to try again. So I tried a different route besides oral and it was a "HUGE" difference. I could get myself into plenty of trouble with those.

Hells yes, from what I hear anyway they are MUCH stronger but I guess, in the end, it comes to personal preference.

Yeah, a 10mg OpanaIR is a good replacement for the 30mg Roxi's. I often switch back and forth. I either get 120 Roxi 30mg or 120 OpanaIR 10mg. Taking OpanaIR orally is not as good as swallowing 30mg of Oxy though.. but with a different ROA, I would go for the Opana. I just don't do it all the time because I get the 40mg ER's and using the IR's all the time too just blows my tolerance all to hell.

As for there being an Oxy shortage, that must be a regional thing. I've not had any trouble at all, with the exception of the pharmacy switching brands for a couple of months. I sure hope we don"t have a shortage around here.

Reddragon mentioned the toleracne issues with Opana IR, and I will add that if you start liking the Opana too much going back only to roxis can set up for disappointment. The Opana's are better if used other than orally as Red just mentioned, but tolerance goes up faster I found with Opana vs oxycodone, significantly faster. I think if you have the ability to switch back and forth, that is good idea, but if the doc doesn't give you that option, you may want to hold off on switching. After about three months of daily Opana IR use intranasally, the honeymoon was over, and a year later, hasn't come back at all, even via iv. I may be in the minority on this with regards to my tolerance, but just making you aware of the possibilities, menaing if you enjoy what you get currently from the roxis, not sure it is going to be worth it to switch if you plan on being some sort of opiate med long term, but tolerance hits every one differently so it may work out for in the long run as well, hard to say.

IMHO OpanaIR are THE KING SHIZZY of all pharms, at least excluding the exotic shit that I'll never get to get my hands on.

The ERs are totally useless, unless you like to eat or sniff things, and even then, probably not worth much due to the bio-availability of the morphones.

Give me an Opana any day, over any thing else.

Im on opana 40mg er and roxi 30mg ir at the same time.

swim told me if you do sniff one of the opana 40 er's it destroys you.
