Without the details,this is for like nick,raz others, I have been thinking of suing the elitists, I have one last appeall left in the realm of their "kingdom", they call it the "Presidential Appeal" (they are fucking arrogant) and they aren't expecting it. This time though I will have some type of mouthpiece on my side cuz I just don't have the energy with the lack of opiates day to day and shit and all the other shit. After that its back to US Supreme court stuff from nearly 200 years ago. Think they want that publicity? I'm no lawyer, and raz, I know that they will try to "crucify" me (legal system has no real way, and I'd fight them to the bitter end, no pleas or such shit) as you say, and well, I'm just curious as to what you guys think. I'm sorry I can't elaborate, and r I have no record on my caller ID.

I'd make damn sure that they know before your appeal that you are considering suing and that the resultant publicity would obviously look bad.Maybe offer to negotiate and try and find a compromise that you can all live with.

Of course if the threat of legal action doesn't get any traction you'd need professional legal advice to go further.

IDK, but it sounds like you took an entirely different approach than swim when he had a very very close call while in school.

I would be forever lost if I couldn't work in a lab in some capacity, so if there is any way you can salvage a career in chem, that would be my only concern.

Bro you know i dont have any formal education, so i dont really understand how Faculties think/operate....I know your school is elitist and definately wouldnt want the kind of publicity your considering....You gotta have some kinda leverage...I dont know if your can appeal to their ethics/humanity, but i would consider your legal standing b4 voicing any kinda "threat of publicity"...

The way you been treated is bullshit...Cunts shoulda gave you your entitlement/qualification and let you slip out the door quitely..... you got to find some kinda leverage that all parties would be better off with as a reasonable solution ....

Whatever your scenario--especially on the offensive side of the law--it would certainly not hurt to get a free legal consultation. They'll warn you of things you wouldn't see coming, and at least let you know your odds.

I'd just like to clarify what I posted last night.I believe the THREAT of legal action and possible bad press is a good card to play and it's value should be maximised with careful planning and consultation with your advocate.It's also a card that needs playing before your hearing because after they find against you it will be much harder for them to back down.

Actually taking legal action is a whole other ball game and you'd definitely need expert council,but the problem as I see it is,legal action would give your college a nasty black eye,but it could bury you.


I think it's important to point out that I believe the best possible outcome here,is going to be somekinda compromise that enables you to keep doing what you love and enables your college to save face.To suggest any form of protest beyond that would be like sending troops on a suicide mission and my ultimate concern is not ending the drug war,it's your welfare.

Their ultimate weakness is fear of loss of reputation. Character counts for little withtheses cunts. Remember the thread during the summer, you called them out. They paid up my stipend (not extortion, I was entitled, they doubled it, I offered to return half, they said keep it). I already fear that I wear the "mark of Cain" as they say anyway. During the summer when my rage and sickness was at its height, they never responded, only to threats of publicity, even me and two girls sitting on the green with a sign! Then I played by their so called rules and was whatever blocked for months. Now I have let them think I've given up, but of course I never give up.

Appealing to their ethics and humanity is of little value. I tried all fall. Look at their ethics from their standpoint of what they think of people like us, the day they ran me through one of us likely could have died for reasons I won't get into. Look what they covered up...

It is, especially with little to no opiates and massive inner pressure I'll talk to ya about.
